I don't think you understand. One can be against some of the actions of defendants but still want to rein in prosecutors from overcharging or mis-charging defendants with crimes which don't fit the circumstances.Prosecutors finding novel laws or applying 'creative' interpretations of laws in order to charge citizens whose politics they don't like is a danger to everyone.
