lol. this guy who is a plant, who gets gifts from billionaires, to vote a certain way, is questioning Jack Smith's legitimacy. Clarence Thomas' wife was a part of the coup attempt. He should have recused himself.

Who cares what or who you question? Justice Thomas is correct. The appointment of Smith was unconstitutional. Smith has no authority to even be a dogcatcher.

Exactly.
There is a process for appointing a special counsel.
It wasn't followed when Merritless Garland allegedly appointed Jack Smith.

Everything Jack Smith has done is 'null and void'.
