This freak show should not be on the bench. He lets a disbarred lawyer perjurer who stole $60,000 from the Trump Organization and doctored the documents (for which President Trump is being tried) and a discredited porn star speak at length, but when the only witness called for the defense rolls his eyes, the judge (and I use that term very loosely) cleared the room of everyone. The good thing about this is that the jury got to see that this judge is corrupt af. He probably just handed President Trump an acquittal in a deep blue cesspool. Or at least a hung jury. That judge should check himself into an institution. He should have never been on the case to being with. It is a violation of ABA ethical rules to even donate to political campaigns at all. The fact that he did so was sufficient to recuse himself. He was appointed the case. It wasn’t even random. The fix was in. The judge let the two discredited witnesses for the prosecution instruct the jury on the law. There were so many reversible errors by this nut job that it was nothing more than a circus and an embarrassment even for the justice system of far left New York.IP: Logged |

Also, this witness was insolent with the judge? And basically admitted to wire fraud, so why aren’t you on the side of the prosecution? Someone thought this was a play to get his testimony stricken from the record. Rump and his people can’t win with the truth, so they try to con their way out of it. It’s the rumpian way. IP: Logged |
