The conservative majority stated that immunity must be decided at the outset of a trial. Is it retroactive? Yes, if the sentencing has not taken place yet. A lot of testimony were conversations that would have had to be excluded. But even without that, the case must be thrown out. It is also worth mentioning that the immunity issue is appealable for examination before any trial can move forward, just for future reference. IP: Logged |

Leftist Lawfare used to take Trump out, bankrupt him, put Trump in prison for life...is crumbling. Trump is stronger with each passing day. One issue still pending is whether Jack Smith was constitutionally appointed. If not....and I believe Smith's appointment was unconstitutional...then what now remains of those cases go straight into the crapper. IP: Logged | |
