BREAKING: Trump sentencing DELAYED until after election by Judge Merchan

So, I want to know why Merchan postponed sentencing, other than "the interests of justice" as he claims.

I think he postponed it because it is immediately appealable, abs he knows the decision will be taken from his hands by the appellate court. This way, he can say he tried but not be responsible for the outcome. He gave the appellate court a number of reversible errors. The whole thing will be thrown out.
