According to stats released today, there are 13,099 convicted murderers that were caught and released at the border. There are 15,811 convicted of rape and sexual assault, including child rape. That's a total of 425,431 on the non-detained criminal docket.There are 1.900 with pending murder charges and 4,250 pending rape and sexual assault charges. That's a total of 222,141. President Trump was right. Countries are sending us their criminals. These stats don't even cover the over two million getaways! Harris is visiting the border for the first time today. Randall, as you know, the Supreme Court ruling recently granted presidents immunity from prosecution for official acts.However, can it be argued that border security is national security and Biden and Harris's border policy is therefore a national security threat? That their actions on the southern border are criminal? Wouldn't that mean that immunity would not apply since if I understand correctly official acts does not include criminal acts? If they cannot be prosecuted, what about a civil suit? Do you think the families of those murdered by illegal aliens have a cause of action against Biden and Harris? IP: Logged |

That bill was designed to legalize their illegal immigration scheme by allowing 1,500 illegals into the country per day. Unfortunately, immunity likely applies. The threshold for a criminal act is high. Alternatively, the Biden/Harris administration's actions would easily meet the elements of negligence, and because it was their POLICY to catch and release, a suit might stand a chance. IP: Logged |
