He did the same with his Covid response, too. He wanted absolute fealty from the governors requesting aid, and good old Jared, who got 2 billion from Saudi Arabia, was it? Said that he should let people die in the blue States. that it would help him to win the election.

Of course, there are MAGA segments in those blue States, too.
