He can continue with his purging of 1,600 voters off the voter records. That bodes well for President Trump.IP: Logged |

quote: “The Biden-Harris administration’s legal meddling was irresponsible, reckless, and political,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said in response to the decision. “States have a constitutional duty to prevent noncitizens from voting. The Supreme Court did the right thing.”

Oh, wow! I heard it on FOX News (which is why there was no link), and I must have misheard it. The Supreme Court is even better! There is no higher authority! Thank you for the correction. IP: Logged |

Are you upset that illegals can't vote? Because THAT would be cheating. IP: Logged |

The Harris campaign spokesperson responded: quote: “Every eligible voter has a right to cast their ballot and have their vote counted, and this ruling does not change that,” Harris campaign spokesperson Charles Lutvak said. “Voting by noncitizens remains illegal under federal law.”
The Harris campaign and Democrats claim without evidence that eligible voters are being removed from the voter rolls.
This is either disingenuous or illustrates ignorance of the process of removing ineligible voters from the voter rolls. Youngkin describes the process: quote: “Do you think that non-citizens, when they’ve self-identified as a non-citizen, should stay on the voter roll and therefore be in a position to potentially vote in a presidential election?” “They actually tick a box that says I am a non-citizen, or they do not answer the question, that they are a citizen and therefore they self-identify, that they are not a citizen in the United States of America. And this is why this is so out of bounds in my mind from the Justice Department.”
“They fully understand this. They understand the process starts with a person self-identifying as a non-citizen. And then there is a match with that person’s name on the voter rolls. And they are given not just one, but up to three times in order to try to cure it. And this is why I find this to be a very, very unreal moment.” “It’s stunning that they filed this suit 25 days before a presidential election, when in fact, this has been going on in accordance with our Constitution, the federal Constitution and state law since 2006.”
