Over two years have passed, and things have settled down. Emotions have calmed. As more time passes, the states making the decisions will feel like the norm for everyone. It isn't going to change. People have accepted that. Most voters believed President Trump when he said there would be no national ban. So, this was an economic election. People were more concerned about putting food on the table and being able to afford a home. It's as simple as that.

The Democrats thought abortion was going to drive turn out, which was wishful thinking. It seems they were unaware or unable to read the zeitgeist, the spirit of the time.

No one bought the fear and the lies. The life of the mother is an exception in every abortion restriction law.

Imo, not every woman is obsessed with killing her baby in the womb.

And most of those who are so obsessed already live in the red states that allow them to do so; or have voted for state amendment laws that allow them to have their abortion. Finally, if a woman's state does not allow her to have an abortion, she can move to a red state so she can relax if this is an issue that is near and dear to her.

Basically, the issue has already been resolved and most women have moved on to other more important things. Except those infanticide fanatics who seem to get a kick out of the idea of killing defenseless babies under the guise of protecting/saving women.

Edited for clarity.
