The prosecution itself admitted there was reversible error just on the evidence alone (it came from when President Trump was in the Oval Office). SCOTUS even addressed the case in its immunity decision. And that is not even to mention all the other issues with this nonsensical case. He doesn’t seem to know how to save face. He doesn’t want up your down in history to be the idiot he is.
