Let us just go with your Gestapo logic obsession. To quote your wikipedia exerpt, the people the Gestapo arrested, simply disappeared while in Gestapo custody. Did the people ICE arrested "simply disappeared while in ICE custody"? The answer is NO! We know where they are. They are being or have been sent back to the country where they came from!
