They are gang members who are CONVICTED murderers, rapists, and child sex offenders that Biden let into the country. To comply with that radical nut job judge's order, the transfer was made under Title VIII instead of the Alien Enemies Act. IP: Logged |

Yeah, let's see proof from this radical, extreme-right government of ours. These radical lunatics who think they get to deport people, without due process.IP: Logged |

Now the left screams about the process after all the COVID vaccine mandates. If you are in this country illegally, you don’t get due process as far as being deported goes. You just get deported. And if you are a convicted felon, you get incarcerated. Why are you defending rapists, murderers, and the six child rapists?IP: Logged |

He was supposed to be protected, he was deported, and now rump says they have no way of getting him back. Why not? They helped rapists/sex traffickers, Andrew Tate, and his brother. You mean they’ve deported mostly innocent people to a ******* hell hole, and have no plans to bring them home.

Mostly innocent people? One mistake (if this is true) does not equate to mostly innocent people. I highly doubt this is true, though.IP: Logged |

As I suspected, this isn’t true. This individual entered the country illegally in 2011. He was arrested in 2019, and it was determined that he was a member of MS-13. He claimed that if he were deported back to El Salvador, he would be tortured by a rival gang. The judge issued a Temporary Protection Order. He was picked up in 2025 for being a member of MS-13 and involved in human trafficking. The “administrative error” was that he was still under the the TPO and should not have been deported to El Salvador (although he could have been deported to anywhere else). He is not some innocent victim who was mistakenly deported.IP: Logged |
