And other times they were just perfect! But rn I'm really in a terrible mood because my friend who is no longer my friend has been treating me like **** ! And I'm done with putting up with it. I know I'm like a day or two in going to want to talk to him and miss him again, but that's wrong. He's been terrible to me. What I need to do is replace him. I need to get my mind off him.

I started it, and I mentioned my reasons on the first page.

Most of us can meet someone with a much better attitude than us, at least during certain times. I'm fine at times, and others I'm not. It isn't as easy as "get a grip" - not even close.

There is a thread for positive happenings. Nobody needs to read this thread (which was the point: if someone wanted to vent, without being told to get over it, they could contain it here).

I've been there (not with cancer, but that mindset) and people just expect you to be okay, no matter what. Because you've taught them that - and some will crap on you as much as they please, and get mad if you suddenly grow a spine and tell them to stop.
