thank you for responding to my note.
I am sorry you had a negative experience, I guess these things will happen from time to time when there are so many individuals and the dynamics this generates. I have never been one to just regard forums as "words on a screen". Particularly not in forums where individuals are sharing personal experiences, often with much attachment and emotions behind them
We cannot be intimate with others without being affected by their responses, internet-based or otherwise. You know, you have identified that you are holding onto these experiences and this is causing you pain.
I don't believe we all have the ability to just let these things "slip off'.
Difficulties require processing, and then examination of the thoughts that perpetuate the painful emotions attached to the experiences. You may find that you can identify thoughts and assumptions you have made about yourself based on these experiences, that you may not have solid evidence for.
We really are our own worst critics at times, and Virgo Moon only appears to magnify this trait. We need to be mindful of the ways that we are punishing ourselves, because while we do not have control over others, we can control our own thoughts and feelings with regards their behaviour. I hope I don't sound 'preachy', I just wish to share my experience with this critic. IP: Logged |

I wasn't sure where I should really put this.  Hopefully it's ok here.
It's not even that it's important for me to say so but I figured there might be one or two who would wonder.
I might take a little break from LL for an undetermined amount of time. Could be short, could be longer.
It's mostly one of those things where your intuition, that voice in your head says that you should do something.

Hi florence. Our pace workes quite well for me. Must be a Taurus thing. SaturnFan had a thread introducing Human Design. I haven't looked at Human Design in a year. I didn't get that far in it to begin with. Something about studying it just constantly drained me spiritually (even though I found many concepts quite liberating). Anyway, one thing that I took from it was that some people need to go through a whole emotional cycle before acting on anything including speaking. Some situations fall into longer cycles so that person and everyone else involved might be waiting 5 minutes to do one thing, and a year to do another. There's no way to know the cycles you just have to first stop, then be willing to feel the beginning and end of a cycle, and then and yield to that gut instinct which will tell you the right time to act.. Ill have to look for that thread and bump it so I can be more specific.Anyway, my point is to encourage you to take all the time you need in everything. I am slowly learning the actions I take that work against me and actually hurt me emotionally. Not taking my time, and simply letting time pass because that's what time does is a biggie. I've been busy. Now I'm feeling a little tired. I've gotten used to taking it easy. Haiz. Heh I couldn't post a reply in astro before. If I somehow end up posting like, 4 replies in a row, it'll be really funny. A little rant about marriage and family and whatnot. To a lot of people from my culture, marriage is more about bringing another person (and their "assets") to the "clan", and less about the couple. Such crp.
