Holiday stress!Shopping everyday after work this week.
Super behind on laundry.
Shop, wrapping presents, still not being done and having to go to bed.
My boyfriend has the rest of this week off, and I have all this stuff to do. He's pretty much in a good mood...will want to play around while I'm trying to get stuff done and it's been pushing my buttons BAD!
Two days ago we had a good talk about how I can communicate when It's getting on my nerves.
Right before I went to bed last night we fought about chores.
I did not fill up the water pitcher before leaving work. I told him I would work on that. But I had to go into work an hour early and was running late. I don't have the kind of job where I can just leave and hang out by the water cooler. I have to bring a water bottle to work. And yeah I don't want to drink tap water. One of my friends has me so peeved. She made a xmas party event on fb asked people to bring food. Instead of canceling she deactivated her fb account. IT'S ONLY THURSDAY!! IP: Logged |

My headphones broke. Naturally, as a result, my Scorpio Ascendant is crying over having to share my taste in music with my entire household. I'm also positive that I cannot wait until Christmas to get a new pair. Everyone has probably bought my gift already.IP: Logged |

This christmas I got really bad acid reflex. I couldn't eat anything and I was about to start dry-heaving, on christmas! It was awesome besides that. ------------------

I'm not feeling well. I'm going to try taking a bath with salts infused with menthol, and see if that helps. I'm trying not to take personally, what I mentioned two nights ago. I didn't do anything wrong, and I can understand the feelings behind it, since I have my own urges to just keep away from people at times. It just hurt for several reasons. I miss having a strong group of friends in person. Being around my sister and dad, remembering how happy I/we used to be, I miss all if it. IP: Logged |

Not feeling that great. Obviously, I could be feeling worse, but I can't figure out what's going on with me. It's like there's a problem but the problem is on an unconscious level. Google hasn't been able to bring the problem to a conscious level either. I'm wondering if my self-esteem issues are involved in this somehow, but Google's "help" is complete garbage. I'm not sure that books would be any better so I'm thinking of not buying anything.IP: Logged |

Mental illness runs in the family. Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, hospitalizations, even substance abuse. I've always been the one to talk family members down from whatever proverbial (or literal) ledge they find themselves standing on.I'm acutely aware of the imbalance within my own brain. Like I could take or leave anything and everything. Like that which mattered a moment ago could not mean anything the next (to me). But it ebbs and flows most of the time, background noise that I can mostly ignore. Like static coming through the speakers. Then one day, I choose to turn the volume up - or maybe I'm just suddenly very aware of the static. And it becomes all that I can hear. I can't focus on anything else but the noise. Anything else is too much and simultaneously not enough, because it's not fixing the problem - the fact that I can't hear anything but the noise. Functioning becomes difficult, like right now, when I should be sleeping and not focusing on the noise. I wish someone would just turn the volume down.
