True. But most people are sexually active and are casually dating by their late teens and if you reach your early 20s without dating or having sex people are generally going to be asking questions.

It is as you say, although they should mind their own business
Some people are introvert or focused on other things at this age, but it is true that people tend to judge those who are different, it's that animal fear and suspicion towards the different one.

I've grown up among people who study at this age or are focused on work, so not being involved in a relationship for various reasons (of course while dating or going out with friends or sexual experiences) is regarded as perfectly normal.

Yes, but most people don't have the slightest clue how to do that.

I don’t know him too well but he seems fine and he seems to have no complexes due to his non-existing experiences in kissing and his unattractive looks and behaviour

I don't know anyone over the age of 40 that has NEVER had a relationship.

One of my best friends, however, is 43 and she hasn't had a relationship in the time that I've known her (about 15 years). She did have one relationship in her 20's that was a few years but they never married.

She is content in her life. I mean, she's happy with her two kitties and isn't particularly lonely. She can be a bit of a hermit. I imagine when I move out of state and she doesn't see me every day at work anymore, she'll feel pretty lonely and may reach out a bit for other friends.
