Back to the subject of Narc, in general. Most people do not have ENOUGH Narcissism, really lol A health narcissism is the goal. You need to think you are amazing and have real value because you do! ------------------

Ok I just re read that you don't want to put up the ex's synastry with you.If Peck had a 12th house venus, that would explain reluctance to show his love. ------------------

Want to read the poem I just wrote?Fiction: The Marshmallow Fog It comes to me like a lover, clandestine, of course. It welcomes me home, except home was the place from which I was trying to run. The marshmallow fog is a chimera. I like that word. It is a big word for illusion. I run to words. Words cleanse me, as if I am in a shower that is so hot my skin burns. I stay there until I am lobster red. It feels like home. Home put spikes in my soul but I don’t want to take them out. DO YOU SEE? They pierce me from all sides. People comment that I look weird. I KNOW I do. I have spikes coming from me, for Goodness Sake. I try to take them out but they cling to me, as if they are seaweed from swimming in an ocean that is red, red, red. It makes me sick that it is all red. It reminds me of tomato red things that come out of bodies. I would go crazy if I thought about them, so I don’t. I look in the mirror. I try to look good and if I don’t, I pretend. ------------------

When you were talking about it, E, it felt like Nessus and Nessus conj the NN and so Nessus( abuse was the theme)

Your Venus looks to be Unaspected to his charts so he could never appreciate your beauty( inner/outer etc, in general) and you could not understand his aesthetics either.IP: Logged |

He used to say that his eye was naturally drawn toward what tended to cost the most.
And it was, because Appearances were priority.
Same as his mother, and unfortunately, that generation. Looking okay took precedence over *being* okay. There could be bedlam in your home, but hiding it from the neighbours was more important than acknowledging the problem.. just sweep it under the rug, ignore it, and it will go away. lol ------------------

I am a NN freak, E. Nessus conj the NN is DOOM imo. People don't like that I talk straight but as long as I do Astrology, I will talk straight. If you want a fake, there are plenty out there  ------------------

I believe it.. and it *was* doomed. The change was so dramatic (and utterly disappointing) post-wedding, that only four months passed before I kicked him out. I filed immediately after.

Idk He made me think he was someone he wasn't. It wasn't that I couldn't figure it out; it was simple. I just didn't believe it.. *couldn't* believe it-- that anyone could be so FAKE (and I should add delusional). I knew something wasn't right in the beginning- I just didn't know what.. so I blamed myself for being paranoid. (I still kick myself for not listening to my gut, in the beginning.) Anyway, I don't think about this very often, but maybe it will end up being cathartic. 
And thanks-- I haven't heard of half these asteroids, so
much appreciated.

Eirlys, my Virgo Merc is confused. On page one you mention your ex's Aries moon and Scorpio merc..and on the chart post you say you are on the outside(which has those placements)I sense a typo in there which could confuse the reading..do you see what I mean? E, the thing about narcissism that keeps coming to me( and these discussions help, even the ones that go bad lol) is that we need healthy narcissism. Many people's problem is too little self regard. Many people could do well with a huge shot of narcissism. I am one. I need to know that I am a cool person who should value myself. Others are the same. That is healthy narcissism. Odette always seemed like she had that, to me.------------------

Wow, E. I will have to check the latter one out. I have read all of Peck. I really did not understand the "Road Less Traveled" ones but "The People of the Lie" changed my life. It is one of the top life changing books I have ever read, E.------------------
