Whilst bitter is an awful state, I went there and actually it was very good for me. It allowed me to tunnel under some fears of appearing bad to others so whilst I hope I don't end up there again, I processed a lot. Being bitter might have more hope within it than churned up sweetness (this was how I felt fighting to remain that way) as .. Then like you know, the anger can be dealt with. But I suppose fighting it is good but if it gets too much that you feel that emotion, that emotion isn't so bad as it seems but others which suppress it can be.
