It is detoxifying you. teasel. In fact, I never went to a doctor but I am sure I cured myself of an ulcer with hot pepper. It hurt soooo badly when I would take it.( This was many years ago) I would sweat and pray lol However, then my ulcer was gone and I can take a lot now and be OK. Hot pepper is one of God's greatest medicines. Read "There are No Incurable Diseses" by Dr Schultze. You can get it cheap on Amazon, I imagine.------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? Check Me Out, DUDE. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

I've learned with a friend to do a dark chocolate hair mask for shine and revive the colour. I really like it.IP: Logged |

Oh, must be because of the Vitamin E it contains. I'm sure it helps give the skin a rested appearance. Nice tip!IP: Logged |

"Bad hair."That is a really loaded term for some communities, unfortunately. Although I agree. When my hair is awful I feel drastically worse about myself. I actually go from confident to mousy and depressed. I'm actually not sure what I wish more: that my hair didn't have th ability to affect my wellbeing like that, or that I had the kind of face and jawline where it wouldn't matter how I did my hair, I would still be beautiful. When the hair is misbehaving it's a bit saddening. Mine is actually thick but tends to get dry in the tips and all rebelious. It's just tiring to flat it all the time and causes damage. Still we can all improve what we have with supplements, good products and natural récipes. :-)) I agree bad hair is a loaded term. It saddens me that some of my african origin friends feel ashamed of having voluminous hair while they look really pretty whether the hair is flat or not. Their hair when it's hydrated looks as great as if not better than anybody elses. IP: Logged |

Coconut oil is my lifetime savior when I have a bad hair day... My god I love it, I do a deep-care treatment once a week with it and some other products (keratin oil for example), and it can tame my wild mane like no other thing. On another note, my friends wanted to know why I was so intent on never brushing my hair when they were dry. I showed her the result and he just said: "don't ever show that thing to me again."

yes Q.Q the only time I tried, I got sick. Still working the courage to try it again, I've seen good reviews about it. And thank you for the welcome ^.^. I always wondered if there was a sort of "relaxing talk about everything place" here, and I FOUND IT, YEA ME! IP: Logged |

I don't know, I just literally got sick. The feeling of the oil in my mouth made me so nauseated... I have no idea why. IP: Logged |

I went through a time when my hair suddenly (yes, suddenly) became so easily tangled. I didn't know the cause of it. I nearly went nuts, having to comb out the matted knots every day. Then I used rosemary rinse and citrus fruits peel rinse. These two helped to keep my hair under control. IP: Logged |

Did you make the rosemary mix from the actual herb? The same with the citrus? I have big rosemary bushes that look like little shrubs. I love rosemary!

Yeah I grow rosemary and lavender especially for making hair rinses lol. Lots of people like rosemary in their food but it's not for me. It smells wonderful, but a bit weird to go with food imo. There are two methods that I often use. First one, I boil the peel and/or the herb with some water and use the cooled concoction. I don't re-rinse my hair. Mandarin and grapefruit peels give the most wonderful scent, which clings to my hair for at least two days. Second one, I stuff a glass pot full of herbs and citrus fruits peels, then cover peels with apple cider vinegar. Use after 2 weeks (diluted with water). I have to re-rinse my hair with water to get rid of the vinegar, but this rinse is really effective, better than the 1st one ime. IP: Logged |

Aloe juice makes me gag too, Idk, there's something about the consistency and the smell, it's not bad but it's just weird. But I eat aloe cubes just fine lol. I buy the big, fat, fleshy ones (someone once clued me in that the big juicy ones with no dent are less likely to taste bitter). I get rid of the green bit, cube the clear gel, wash then marinate them with juices, fruits. Can be served with yogurt too. I find that sweet fruits with strong scents/tastes like canned lychee, mangoes, pineapple go well with aloe. They help to ease that grassy taste. Or you can poach them in water and sugar first, they taste better this way too. IP: Logged |

Any nice recipe to help with bad tips? I cut it recently but I'm still getting split ends. The products I'm using don't seem to be effective or enough..IP: Logged |
