Thank you for all of the kind words. I am feeling better. Still short of breath, I get tired easily and I still have a fever here and there. From my understanding, I'm dealing with the residual effects of the pneumonia. But I'm better than I was.Work has been a pain during my time off. I think they've called me a total of 3 times and texted me many more. Yesterday they called me wanting to know if I was coming in even though I had already previously told them that I would not be able to come back until today (due to the doctor writing me out of work). There's only so much that a person can do. IP: Logged |

Firstly, if this is intentional, I do understand why it was done, but I still want to rant about it. I hope this is okay. There doesn't seem to be an edit button anymore. Without an edit button there will be LOADS of double posts from me. I'm an edit button fiend and I'm going to go insane without one. I normally just edit grammar and spelling, but sometimes I re-structure my post and make it sound better. Other times I add content. I'll probably have to start waiting weeks before posting anything from now on just to make sure I don't double-post too much and so I won't also go insane from a typo or grammatical error I've made and missed. My precious edit button keeps me from going berserk from errors, especially if it's just a minor one that an edit button can fix easily and that isn't really worth double-posting just to fix it. I LOATHE the people that contributed to this change. My Saturn in 3rd house is raging way too hard right now. IP: Logged |

You loathe the people who contributed to this? Apparently, it's due to *anyone* editing their posts, at the same time as someone tries to register for an account. I edit posts often, a lot of us do. IP: Logged |

Up and down, but mostly down - and worse since the holidays, because it hits you that you really have to continue without them, and that this year and on, they won't be here. IP: Logged |

^^And I never liked how the stages of grief (which aren't as clear cut as they're made out to be) are often for one episode on some Very Special Episode of a pop culture show or movie, and in generally a very short period of time, like say a week, or even a day. I liked the book Bridge to Terabithia, but I hope what I heard about it isn't true: that the author, a psychologist, was impatient with her little boy not getting over the death of his friend (a girl struck by lightning) so wrote the book as something of a "guide" on how to finally get over it and move on. It's a good story, but if that's the case, what a jerk. However, other sources say that she was actually inspired by his experience of coming to terms with his best friend's death rather than trying to force him through it faster, so I don't know which is the truth. I'll have to see if I can get that book through the library. I've heard of it, but never read it. We almost went to see a movie last December, that was about a man writing letters to death, love, and something else. Supposedly, they started to respond to his letters. This was after he had lost his daughter, and was obviously having trouble focusing on anything else, but his grief. I read an article about that movie, and spoiler below: It turned out that his "friends" at work, were concerned about the way he was affecting business. They found out about his letters, and hired actors to act out the roles of those to whom he was writing. WTF?
