I have been great about writing thank you cards for anything wedding related and anytime preschool families gift me with anything.

I realize that whenever I write a thank you card, I am exercising my gratitude!

I am grateful for pain medicine, and that it also comes in liquid form, for those of us who can’t swallow tablets or capsules. Very grateful. That goes for supplements, too.

Also for open-air markets, and my dog moving around a bit better on his own.

Today I am grateful for gratitude exercises.

I got a gratitude journal at my work shower. Just a tiny little pretty pages. Sometimes it will ask random questions to answer. I went almost a month with out writing in it. But then the condo continued to have all these plumbing issues. The more I tried to act like everything was fine...the more issues arouse!
It was starting to get to me...I decided that was the time to get back into it.

I am getting more into positive online reviews.

I use to only feel moved to write one if I had extremely bad service. And I did not like that about my self. Yeah, only feeling moved to write bad ones made me feel very ungrateful.

Positive reviews are another great way to get in your daily gratitude.

The coast. We went to a beach on Lake Erie, for a few hours. I really needed that. I was tense at first, but then I stretched out on the blanket, reading, and almost fell asleep. When dad came back, I told him I was trying to stay awake. He told me to take a nap, but I didn’t drive for almost two hours, just to take a nap.

We also found that may favourite area hadn’t washed away after all (the last time we were there, it was full of water, and there were signs about beach erosion).

Thankful for feminists, who made life better for the rest of us, and who are still striving to help us.

Lucy mountain was talking about being harassed on the street again, how she stood up for herself, and once she did, they stopped yelling that she was "sexy" and whatever else, but started insulting her, and *swerving their car* at her. She was riding her bike. You either let them get away with harassment, or stand up for yourself, and face the possibility og getting hurt.

I'm a feminist, that doesn't mean that men are hated. It does mean that type of behaviour is.

Instant mashed potatoes. When you want them in the early hours of the morning, and don’t want to run any mixers that could wake someone up.

Thankful for the second vaccine. I had a fever today, and it's gone now. I feel good, just sleepy, and am wondering if that's it for side-effects. It has felt really good avoiding the douchiness of GU, too.

Mercury Moving away from squaring my rising sign.

With some transits I have going on I appreciate that Neptune is trining my pluto and moon, and sextiling Saturn to balance out some of the harshness I am experiencing.
