I am thankful to Voix who once did an interpretation for me in the astral thread of one of my dreams. My dream was may be around only 4 lines but her explanation was a very long one. She gave that tirelessly. I am grateful for that and also others who chipped in.

Tonight I’m grateful for a few things; one being the internet!!! and particularly the wealth of information on it and the people who share it.

For the past few days my Virgo Moon has been intensely researching a couple of things that I hope will turn out to be as beneficial to us (my dog and I) as it has for others. I’m not comfortable sharing details here, but I now have renewed hope & that is a very great thing.

I’m also grateful for my inbuilt lone wolf nature that many don’t understand and how I don’t depend on relationships with other people to get through life. I’m not saying this is how everyone should be, but it works for me and I’m thankful for that. I’m thankful that I am comfortable in my own skin, enjoy my own company, can sit in my own silence, in my own non-busy-ness and simplicity. For me, and the struggles I deal with, it makes for a better life.

I appreciate people who understand and respect this about me as well.

I'm grateful for anger. Beautiful, strong, firey anger that gets you out of bed, or allows you to defend yourself. Everyone. It has its place in this world. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I'm extremely grateful for the friends that stick around. The real friends that you can laugh with, disagree with, cry with, etc. That's LIFE.

I’m going to assume this vent doesnt have anything to do wtth our friendship, even though we havent been in touch very much or consistently for awhile now.

I know sometimes your posts disappear and are often unclear at who they are directed towards....at times, they have left me wondering....

Just want to say, that I’m hoping things turn around for you. I’m not sure when I will write. In general, lately I realize how much I need to focus and rebalance my own energy.... I’ve got a lot on my plate and my focus has to be 100% on two critical things in my life ATM. I’m not sure when that will change.

That said, i u and wish you the best always.

Oh, I deleted, because I was just feeling punchy earlier. No, it had nothing to do with you.

I'm upset with my sister, but she wasn't who I was talking about, either. Unfortunately, my relationships were my life. I have a certain amount of independence, but my happiness came before I was trashed. Before my life was torn apart, because of the guy who sexually harassed me.

I also do think that anger has its place in life. I've calmed down a bit now, but it bugs me when people act as though you should "love and light" your way through everything (and that isn't about anyone here). And sometimes, arguments help. They clear the air. Although a good talk would be better. But being on the receiving end of crap from family, and then being told how I should be after dealing with certain things. I miss being calmer, and more optimistic, but it isn't the only way to be.

You were one of the friends I mentioned at the very end.

I'm also grateful for netflix, and Gilmore Girls replays. Distractions. My Instant Pot for cooking. My pets.

For my dad, who has kept me alive, and a roof over my head. Anything happens to him, I'm done.

Thanks teasel.

Yeah, I’m all about Anger. Nothing wrong with it. I think it’s a Great thing. Especially when used constructively.

Too much to get into here, but one of my favorite quotes is “Anger is just sad’s bodyguard.” There’s some truth to that.

I can’t help but be reminded of Rage Against the Machine’s lyriics “Anger is a gift.” In their song “Freedom” (my favorite album when it first came out when I was in high school, early 90’s). I wish I still had the Rage and Beastie Boys T-shirt’s I used to sport back then....they’d probably be considered antiques now! LOL

Burning Buddha album covers/images never get old either.

And also a self help book I’ve probably posted about here before with a chapter dedicated entirely to Anger. I’ll see if I can find it again. I think it was called the Language of Emotions....

Anyway, I’m with you. Anger isn’t not bad. Nothing is. Use the Force(s) to the best of your abilities. . :Buddha:

I’m also “over” the whole “love and light” unicorns and rainbows and cupcakes sh*t. I think many people are getting to that point (especially us oldies who’ve been in the game awhile) but that doesnt mean we don’t care about sh*t. Just not in a new-age naive way anymore. Many of us are older......& younger than that now.

Grateful for ... piece of apparel called 'an apron' -- that protects your nice outfit when you are ready to fly out the door, and suddenly realize that you hadn't eaten your breakfast yet, and you need to fry an egg!!

Yay for aprons!!

I am grateful for all the creative and kind souls on LL also!

Today, I am also thankful for music! I have been working very hard for my band (I am singer, songwriter, manager, promoter and admin worker!!!), but it feels so right to be on this path that it really isn't a chore. I feel it in my bones!

Wherever the music comes from (I have never figured this out, but I suspect it is somewhere awesome, like Neptune!), I thank you!

*That the anxiety and dread I've felt when waking up, has disappeared (mostly) once I'm up, over the last five days or so.

*That I have things to distract me, when it doesn't.

* The weather is good, although I've missed out on most of Spring.

* My pets. My dad.

* Air conditioning units for windows, otherwise we'd have no air conditioning at all.

* Books.

* People who really do walk their talk, instead of those who say, "Reach out, you are loved" and then treat you like crap when you do actually reach out.

* My online friends. A lot of them made here, even if most of them aren't here now.

There are all kinds of things I'm not grateful for, too. Like my hair still falling out, no matter what I do. I have hair, but it's so sparse now, and breaking where it wasn't, so the top layers don't get past a certain point.
