Well Teasel … I hope people you reach out to, won't treat you like crap. I'm sorry if that has happened to you. You don't deserve to be treated like crap.

I hope a solution comes for whatever it is that is happening in your life. I hope things will be good.

And if things are continuing to not BE so good for you, that you will suddenly 'see' things you hadn't seen before. Let the pressures of life's thumb down on you, become like acupressure...

-- That you'll come to recognize and see the "little things", to FIND Relief in the Beauty... like, in the design of the bark of a tree. Find pleasure in the curve of a leaf.

And yes, Air Conditioning IS a Blessing....

Today I am thankful for saying no and for my continued recovery. Thankful to my family and friends' patience with my nonsense and ridiculous highs and lows. Sometimes you have so much you don't realise how rich you are in terms of people who love you, stand by you and pull you through. I am rich and I am thankful.

I spoke too soon. This afternoon and evening were **** . That always happens when I express gratitude. That's why I stopped doing it.

Thankful for a friend who informed me about the switch-word 'reach'. She said affirming this word could attract money, job, and even taxi! Thankful for her reminder.

I'm grateful for the positive vibes I'm having today. I'm looking forward to wonderful things and good news coming my way.

Rheanna, i believe you can also use "reach" for finding lost things.

www.switchwords.com

You could affirm the words by saying them out loud or silently in your heart. Or writing them down. Or by intention.
I think the most important is focus.
And to go with the flow - nor resisting.
Let the Universe (God) arrange it all for you.

The best part of the year is approaching. Winter's my favorite, but I love Autumn. 😊

Fall in a pot, simmering on the stove, making the house smell amazing. (Apple slices, orange slices, cranberries, cloves, cinnamon sticks, pumpkin spice and water.)

Pumpkin bagels. Pumpkin toast. Pumpkin coffee creamer. Pumpkin everything, pretty much.

Fall. Just fall and everything it entails.
