Alas, that won't happen to me for another 40 years or so. t-Haumea + ASC = children Haumea was a creation and birth goddess so this fits perfectly!! t-Haumea + n-Venus should bring a renewal of your love for others. But careful not to put too much stress on what other people believe about how you look. I think Haumea would exacerbate the need to be regarded as "beautiful." Just love yourself more. About Haumea vs. Pluto: I feel Haumea is more optimistic than Pluto, and less dark. Pluto feels to me very overbearing; Haumea seems maybe more "considerate," though also more energetic. Likely you won't see Haumea in regular progressions, but try to see what happened in tertiary progressions (I'm a HUGE fan of tertiary progressions). Check out what happened when Haumea was exactly (within 1 degree) conjunct your angles in TP. You probably have experienced this once or twice, at least. Thank you for sharing, Gabby! This is fascinating. SL P.S. Is there any way to get email notifications? I honestly don't remember in which threads I participated and finding them again is a matter of luck almost.
I totally agree she's much lighter and optimistic than Pluto...I like the new energy and peace she seems to bring. I'm finding it fascinating finding all the themes of my chart are layered, there's more than one aspect performing the same function, in this case Pluto/AC rebirth and Huamea/moon again rebirth. Of course that's not there only function they are both very unique but also do share qualities albeit for different reasons. I love Huameas process by comparison to Pluto's...so much softer! If your wanting email notifications on your threads(alerts you when someone has commented)you can chose that option as you start a thread but there isn't a way to get them otherwise. That would be a lovely feature but we don't yet have it. I also get lost and forget which threads I have commented on, because of that sometimes I forget to follow up. IP: Logged |

Yup, Pluto feels like a bulldozer. Haumea is the plow and seeder into one.

That's unfortunate. IP: Logged |

Does this resonate with your experience? SL
The first placement you described does resonate as you describe it. The second placement's description I am not sure, but it may also be accurate. IP: Logged |

my haumea is at 15 virgo, in my 10th house, on my venus mars midpoint and squaring my union destinn midpoint. and square my neptunesextile Hera square Prospering trine Karma, Ceres, no idea how to interpret, this but I suspect something is strongly activating it because what you wrote captures what I feel exactly.

Hi Mereiposa, We are probably born in the same year, because my Haumea is very close to yours. No wonder that you resonated with that description, because we are having it in the same house, same sign, with the same aspect. Haumea square Neptune was a very challenging aspect for me. I used to "daydream" a lot (Neptune in 1st)--the unhealthy sort of daydreaming. Obviously this was in direct conflict with my professional drive (Haumea in 10th)... It all got solved when I channeled my "flights-of-fancy" into something creative that was perfectly in sync with my professional energy. Does this make sense? Basically, your unrealistic dreams will conflict with your professional ambitions until you can find a way to blend them together. Haumea trine Ceres should make you feel nurtured when other people spend their creative energy on you. It's hard for me to guess how haumea's aspects to asteroids play out when we know so little about this dwarf. For instance my Haumea is conjunct Juno, but I have no idea how to interpret it. Possibly, it's my professional drive or professional rebirth that will attract the right partner, but it's just a guess... And Karma is such a tricky asteroid--if you have good karma, I'm assuming Haumea will boost it--if it's bad, it will increase its negative manifestations. I hope this helps! Cheers IP: Logged |

OK, here is a wild example. Your Mars is in Aries (I'm not sure why you said to consider it in Pisces). That would make you extremely energetic and eager to do a lot of physical activity. Haumea in Libra could make you ready to spend your energy arguing for a good cause (building something for community on the town ground). But you're really burning to get out and play, while arguing means to stay inside, possibly with a bunch of not so interesting people. Hence, conflict. Does this help? IP: Logged |

It does help as an example. I should have mentioned the sign my Haumea is in from the get-go since it aspects Mars, but I didn't think to do that. My Haumea is actually in late Virgo while my Mars is in Aries. The technical part comes in, because in the chart it'll say the aspect is an opposition but my Mars has already moved to the next sign. It's a bit confusing and I have no idea how to interpret an aspect like this. Actually, most aspects with my Mars are this way. Mars in my chart is perhaps the most difficult planet to have an aspect with. IP: Logged | |
