This does NOT seem good at all... I know Nessus from reading here on the forums seems to represent abuse, and where it is posited shows where we could potentially abuse or maybe become abused(?). So what would it possibly means to have Nessus exactly conjunct Venus in the 11th? And technically, it would be conjunct my NN AND my Jupiter as well. Does this mean I will be abusive in love and even friendships? It scares me that it is conjunct Jupiter too, since Jupiter expands what it touches most of the time... Any insights are much appreciated as always! Thank you. IP: Logged |

Ive nessus conj my N moon in house 11 and cant agree with dark side of abuse and nessus. I would like to say that my feelings can feel pain (nessus). I often feel pain when my intuition want warn me and I not listening to my feelings. I feel the pain other people feel...My nessus give me the capacity to go very deeply into my emotions more like pluto conj moon and saturn conj moon..In the real life Im not an abuser at all and not are abused from other people either. If someone want try abuse me I stop or leave. Ive always got many friends. I think you with an venus conj nessus take your relationships very seriously and this will go more deeply into you than it does for other people. If you was an abuse person in relationship I think you already knew that. Nessus moves so slow. Almost everyone from 1964-1967 trigg my moon through their nessus. All the people born the same year as you will also have the conj(not to venus of course). I think I feel nessus more than other people because nessus triggs from almost everything in my chart. The abuse things not for me in my life and for stay for other people. I think you already know you're not an abuse person or...... you se that from early year.

Nessus works differently for men and women.Women with Nessus conjunct Venus have a higher probability of attracting sexually obsessive men. Jupiter's presence will actually minimize the negative impact. The solution is to use your Mind in relationships than fall for the hot urges and feelings of attraction physically generated by the powerful vibes and intense stares of men who try to woo with a wow factor. Men with Nessus conjunct Venus have magnetic appeal. They are not abusers but can become serial daters. However, if Nessus and Mars square exactly in such charts, then such men have high chances of becoming sexual predators, date rapists etc. Add Pluto and Saturn afflictions here, and we are speaking of potential serial killers [Unless strong harmonious aspects between Sun, Moon and Ascendant prevent the dark side impulses from taking over the Mind] ------------------ Astrology Articles New Services and short readings IP: Logged |

A very magnetic and sexually alluring man has Nessus in the 12th quincunx Mars, but it is 3 degrees. Would this make someone a sexual predator BUT have the possibility of transformation, as the quincunx can do?------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Hi Ami, I am yet to see dangerously negative behavior in people with just Nessus quincunx Mars, and a 3 degree orb would certainly help with their transformation by first processing and then overcoming negative thoughts or intentions towards vulnerable women.IP: Logged |

Thanks for the extensive info! I feel like I do tend to attract obsessive men. And just people in general... who will be very willing to follow me or want to be friends. I guess this plays into the placement of Venus in the 11th of groups and friends. Does this mean that in my social circle I will be drawn strongly to certain people who catch my eye and vice versa? I TOTALLY agree about following my mind and intuition first in relationships not immediate sexual attraction. It's actually no biggie for me, I have Gemini Descendant so I'd rather have an attractive partner who is more than just attractive, but has special interests, good communication skills, etc. etc. Actually... I almost identify more with the male placement than the female. Although I do tend to attractive obsessives I see myself as a definite 'serial dater' one who will not be tied down to any one person and cannot stand high levels of intimacy immediately or on first dates; and not out of prudishness but out of a strange austerity and pride...? I feel like I have no issue attracting men, but it will take a lot out of me to commit myself to one person. :'S

Thank you for your kind words. The things is... I actually do see myself as potentially abusive in love, which scares the **** out of me. Only because I am mostly a compassionate person concerned with human rights and helping others... but I absolutely can HATE HATE HATE who is attracted to me!!! I read something that amazingly enough, described Venus-Nessus conjunct as this. So I feel like I can really toy with guys who I really dislike who are attracted to me, and be very cold and hurtful to them, evil even... because it makes me incredibly angry and even violated inside to think someone I intensely dislike sees me as their typical sexual object. Is that weird? I also have Venus opposite Lilith which makes it even worse. IP: Logged |

iq, what is your take on enrique iglesias? he has Venus conjunct Nessus which makes a square to his Mars... He oozes sexual magnetic energy but do you think he would have chances of becoming a sexual predetor? Im guessing that aspect alone doesnt trigger that right? IP: Logged |

I have Nessus conjunct Mars, 2-3 degrees...gemini Mars@29.33rx, cancer Nessus@2.24rx Semi-Sextile Saturn(0 degree) Trine Uranus(2 degree) Inconjunct Mercury(1 degree) Inconjunct Sun(2 degree)I attracted abusive partners until one was abusive enough to wake up my Nessus and I became evil for awhile. Until I got that energy back under control he was scared of lil ole me!! What I learned from that experience was how to protect myself. I learned I had the ability and right to fight and win, I've never been a doormat since. Yes I'm still attracted to dark energies but they don't seem to be as attracted to me anymore, at least not the bad ones. It feels like I've turned the table on this, ppl can see a strength in me and they know they won't get away with hurting me. Ppl now tell me I look powerful when I used to always hear I looked fragile. The ppl I like tend to have a desire to play on the taboo side, because I need to feel free to express myself even when my feelings are not totally sweet and light. I won't be around ppl who are dangerously dark anymore, only playfully dark. Lol I want ppl who have good hearts and genuinely care about others more than themselves.....but they need to be a bit edgy to so I feel understood when life experiences bring up the darker emotions and thoughts and I need to express them. Being hurt to the point you repress memories causes pockets of pain the eventually resurface. You need someone who can handle this when it does resurface. Nessus, in my case, sits at the doorway to these places and when they come out, he tends to come out some to. My cancer Nessus is retrograde so the energy and pain is turned inward....I can stop nurturing or taking care of myself. I can become very cruel and think things about myself that hurt so much, it's abusive. I need someone who can handle this and help me express it in a more positive way before I turn it inward and self destruct. It doesn't happen often anymore but it did for awhile. Obviously Nessus in such a personal place, like conjunct Venus or Mars, is not easy. I have realized I can have a tendency to nurture ppl to the point they can't live without me. But this is not done out of love it's done out of a desire to have full control. I don't try to be ppl's "everything" anymore. I realize I have to let them fall so they can learn how to pick themselves back up and become Independant. I do help pick them back up because that's what is healthy for both of us. Not being able to function without me...is not good for them or me. IP: Logged |

I don't mean to disturb this belief but I have a friend who has mars conj nessus and he has ven/mars/pluto conjunction. He is a well-behaved boy so far. I don't know if he can be an abuser or serial killer. He has put his energy in sports and career building. Besides, my dad's nessus conjuncts my mom's ascendant and he has never abused her. He is a very spiritual man and loves to do a lot healing.

Niki,iQ is referring to NESSUS and MARS in T-Square with PLUTO and SATURN or PLUTO/SATURN, or either of the two. Examples: NESSUS square MARS square PLUTO NESSUS square MARS square SATURN NESSUS conjunct MARS square SATURN opposite PLUTO NESSUS square MARS opposite PLUTO/SATURN NESSUS square MARS opposite PLUTO or SATURN They're not common patterns, and rare in many cases. As we'd expect them to be. Especially within orb. IP: Logged |

I sounded freaky, ok, Happy father's day to me. LOLz, recently I seem to have developed an obsession towards crazy energy. It may be a transit. Yes, you are right. Actually, I didn't take Nessus seriously. But now I can see the pattern. However, I have one curiosity, my cousin sister was beaten up everyday by a boy at school but she doesn't have Nessus aspects with him. Actually, there is a Nessus trine Moon aspect. She has a Moon conjunct dejanira. So, what exactly is Nessus? Is it captivation or pure abuse? I saw Nessus patterns in captivation kind of synastry. ------------------ Free Information on Love Astrology IP: Logged |
