Anyway, obviously, my planetary conjunction adds to the effect personally, but I suddenly realized its meaning. Whenever I'm in love (not even true love, just even a little puppy love) I feel brand new, rejuvenated, motivated, inspired, etc. It's like a jolt of fresh energy that just renews me.

This seems to be further supported by the soft Neptune and Mercury aspects. These aspects with Kaali point to ease with awakening the kundalini.

Disclaimer that this is only my experience, I know it's a controversial subject, so I'm only offering my experience and opinion, rather than fact.

I have past life memories, and I usually do not need hypnosis to retrieve them. My Kaali is exact on my Mercury. There's a wide-ish trine to Uranus as well(3°).
A person that I work with on past life memory retrieval, that also has many past life memories, has their Kaali exact on their Jupiter, which is a major planet in their chart. Their Kaali-Jupiter trines my Kaali-Mercury, in Fire. The trine is exact.

I've been fortunate to find birth information for a past life that I consider the most important one to me now, and have the chart. Their Kaali was exactly, to the second, on my natal Sun. 0°00' conjunction.

Two people that come to mind on this subject that I checked were P. Yogananda, a mystic, and Dr. Ian Stevenson, a researcher.
P. Yogananda had Kaali exact on Jupiter in Fire, and Dr. Stevenson had no conjunctions, but an exact trine to Pallas-the pattern finder. His trine was also in Fire.

I also remembered a case of a young boy that claimed he was the reincarnation of a WW2 fighter pilot. I checked his chart and he has Kaali conjunct Chiron.

There are many wonderful and inspirational accounts about the great benefits of practising kundalini yoga. But, there are also a number of people who experienced a surprise and not so gentle kundalini awakening, which was more than a shock to their system - a state often referred to as a spiritual emergency. There are even spiritual emergency support groups!! It is fascinating to hear of such varied experiences with the kundalini.

can't talk to people for too long unless we are in the same place emotionally. i will get depressed if they are, i will feel nervous if they are. might be super common though, i don't know.

Do it under a title on Kundalini - e.g., my experience of KY, or similar. That would be great. You could cut and paste some of your posts from this thread there as an intro, as what you've already written would be helpful for people to read.
