Topic: Which love asteroids should be used first?

I know that asteroids tend to come after aspects made between personal planets, NN/SN, etc, but I'm always confused with which are the best to use since there are so many of them.So, I was hoping someone could tell me, maybe, the top 10 you personally consider most important in synastry, and also what you would want them to aspect (Venus, Moon, NN/SN, other asteroids etc.) IP: Logged |

Valentine conjunct Valentine-soulmate synastryOsiris/Isis-making aspects to the other persons Isis/Osiris- very meaningful for soulmate synastry
and Eros/Psyche in aspect to Psyche/Eros/Venus Juno/Jupiter isnt talked about much but is another soulmate pairing Adonis with Aphrodite/Ishtar/Astarte Pluto with Persephone/Proserpina These asteroids aspecting the personal planets and personal points in chart are very meaningful placements but especially if they touch, Moon/IC/Dejanira/Chiron/NN as these are very tender places to touch in synastry, also Juno Venus/AC/DC/MC but not quite as deeply felt....but they could be depending on the house overlays

The most significant asteroids I would consider in Synastry are:(The ones marked with a *** are the asteroids I find the most revealing, with mind blowing results lol, in my own experience) Eros***
Psyche***
Valentine***
Amor
Anteros
Sappho***
Union***
Destinn***
Karma
True Black Moon Lilith*** (h15)
Liebe*** (means love in German, might only work if you or your lover is of German origin or identify with the culture/language somehow) For a deeper soul connection in synastry I check all of the above plus the following: Vesta
Alma (means soul)
Spirit
Akashi*** (its of sanskrit origin, meaning sky/the cosmos. represents the Akashic records)
Angel***
Moira*** (means fate)
Eureka***
Devine
Aura
Link*** I check all of those to personal planets, angles and important points.
Mainly conjunctions, oppositions, squares and trines.
For conjunctions/oppositions I don't go past a 4° degree orb.
For squares and trines I keep it tight at 2° I've also found Quindeciles to be very significant. Its a 165° aspect and it indicates a strong focus on something or obsession.
I use a 3° orb for these as I've found them to be almost as strong as conjunctions. ~ Lavender IP: Logged |

I agree- here are the top ones I look for:
Amor conjunct valentine - soulmate aspect
Eros/psyche- soulmate
Isis/ Osiris- soulmate
Union/ union- soulmate
Karma aspecting valentine, amor, name asteroid, briede, groom etc.
spirit aspecting any of the above....
The aspects should be limited to conjunct, opposite, square and trine but within 2 orbs...3 if its a conjunction

Valentine/NN & Valentine/Pluto are my personal top favorite. Aside from Eros/Psyche, Isis/Osiris and Siva/Parvati/Kaali/Tara it primarily depends on your own natal chart. Certain asteroid couples resonate with you more so personally if they are prominent in your chart. Example. When someone has Eros/Psyche conjunction in their own natal chart that particular energy becomes more important when looking at synastry aspects because its goes right back to who you are and what you were(if you are looking at past life connections). Off-handedly, I've discovered that if one's Lust is OOB it's almost too overpowering unless the other's Lust is also OOB. It's a curious quirk I've noticed in my own data. Hardly an absolute - but intriguing. IP: Logged |
