I'm not a pro on fixed stars at all, but one thing worth flagging is the archangel element. Antares is also known as Archangel Oriel, the archangel of destiny and wisdom. A close conjunction may mean that you're able to see or experience destiny/wisdom more easily - the Uranus however may make that effect inconsistent, sometimes negative, sometimes positive.

A friend of mine has his Asc conjunct Antares; he's tough and, as alluded to in the DarkStar link above, is in the military. He also benefits from having Aldeberan (Archangel Michael, the protector) on the Dsc, so can attract protection and support when he needs it.

And I have Antares conjunct my Mc. I am feisty at work, some people think I'm aggressive even though I'm incredibly mild-mannered. I have been known to hit self-destruct in my career. The plus side is Aldeberan on my Ic. I get to feel safe at home.
