Everything is DUAL in our world, so it can go good or bad. For Reese its good because hers is well aspected so it means this money was meant to heal her because of something karmic in this life or the last.

It is a great mystery to me why I have no great wealth, occasionally not even enough. And, I would like to know why.

Lol. No, not 100 million(those are Powerball, MegaMillions numbers), but enough that at 24, I have no worries really(hopefully my Saturn Return doesn't change that).

My take:
Reese has 5th Lord in 5th. Even when this is Saturn, speculative luck is maximum when the mental attitude is joyous.
Now, 5th Lord in 2nd by Transit is a standard clue for increased cash flow due to luck/speculation.

What about Gains? 11th Lord is the Sun and is in the 9th House. This is very much a "Dhana Yoga" Pattern but the trigger is a heartfelt blessing from the Father/Father Figure. The blessing could have been given during the birth of the baby itself, a spontaneous outpouring of joyful prayer. This is powerful energy, and helps attract money/health/luck during positive transits.
