"sorry, i was unclear. - it wasn't a solar arc, (i have noooo idea how to use or calculate those) but in my solar return chart this year juno conjuncts ac.
It's not my natal ac (which is in aries and this one is in taurus), so I don't know if it would have any relevance. "

There is no need to be sorry. I am the one that should be sorry. You were actually clear, and I misread SR for Solar Arc when it actually means Solar Return.

I am sorry about that.

Juno conjunct Ascendant in your Solar Return indicates committed relationship is major theme for the 12 month period.

That's definitely relevant.

That's awesome.

I wish you luck.

The following is from Juno: Key To Marriage,Intimacy, and Partnership by Maritha Pottenger

Juno conjunct Ascendant
Intimacy needs to take center stage in terms of personal action. You may meet a partner, make a commitment to marry or otherwise focus on sharing the world with someone else. If married, you relationship could deepen, or conversely, it may require more independence and your partner may make a move for more space. Be willing to compromise to make sure everyone's needs are met in an equitable fashion.

You might want to check out transits to your Geocentric Nodes (both North and South). Those can be significant too. All objects have nodes. not just the moon. They are just the intersection of the orbital planes of 2 objects.

Maritha Pottenger's mother, Zipporah Dobyns wrote The Node Book, and she include the geocentric nodes of planets,Pluto, and the 4 major asteroids.

The aspects of Juno Nodes are just like aspects to Juno.

They can be used in natal, synastry, solar arc, secondary progression, and return charts

In my current Solar Return:
using no more than 1 degree orb:

Juno in 21'41 Pisces R
trine Geo North Pluto Node in 21'46 Cancer
(like Juno trine Pluto)
trine Geo South Venus Node in 22'41 Scorpio
(like Juno trine Venus)

Pluto in 1'13 Capricorn
square Geo North Juno Node in 1'35 Libra
(like Pluto square Juno)

note:
there is a double whammy of Juno-Pluto energy exchange. That's significant.
It reflects how I am more intense about committed relationships.
It reinforces my natal aspect of Pluto in 0'51 Libra conjunct North Juno Node in 1'45 Libra. Transiting retrograde Saturn is conjuncting that right now.

You can calculate your nodes here http://www.true-node.com/pos/

I am going to start a separate thread on Juno Nodes.

If this is significant:

No transits, but;

My progressed Juno is currently right on my natal ascendant.

I met someone and for the first time in 15 years this is absolutely both-sided and pretty serious.

Funny enough; his progressed Juno is within a degree conjunct my progressed juno and natal ascendant.

(still don't know what to think about progressions)

wow. thanks, raymond.

here's what i found

Juno @ 16 Taurus conjunct AC @ 16 Taurus

Juno @ 16 Taurus trine north lunar node @17 Cap

Juno @ 16 Taurus sextile Saturn Geo NN @ 17 Cancer

I read somewhere that a juno conjunct ascendant could mean a more serious relationship or a separation.

my husband and i have been separated for over a year - I wonder if maybe the formalizing of that separation is what's intended. (in italy it's a loooong process).

I thought I would resurrect this thread as I have been digging and made a discovery.

I had never thought I would live with anyone again, and lived happily alone (still had relationships) for about 10 years, when I met someone.
I still didn't really think of living with this person, however, as it turned out we ended up living together, and so I am regarding this as a significant relationship, as it overturned my strong belief that living with someone wasn't for me.
We have been together now 3 years, living together for 1.

So.
On the day that we met we had an interesting mirror-type configuration with Juno and Pluto.

T. Pluto retro was conj. my N. Juno
T. Juno was conj. my partner's N. Pluto

I know Pluto is slow-moving, however, I thought this reverse mirroring with my partner's chart was interesting.
