Hello, I have this by transit and by progression at the same time. My progressed sun conjunct natal chiron and transiting chiron conjunct natal sun. Conjunctions are in 8th and 9th houses, Sun is the ruler of the horoscope.Any suggestions? I haven't found much on this aspect, I asked at astro.com forum, no one answered. The curious thing is I am currently reading Gone with the wind and searching for some astro info about it I found that M. Mitchell had this same progression at the time of the release of the book - pr. sun conjunct natal chiron. I am so obsessed with the love of Rhet and Scarlett probably because my chiron conjunct my venus in 9th house (5 deg orb) IP: Logged |

In 2013 I had progressed sun conjunt natal chiron. 1st April this year had t chiron conjunct natal sun. 15th April this year t sun conjunct natal chiron. And in July I will have progressed sun conjunct progressed chiron. Like you, these are within my 8th and 9th houses and sun is my chart ruler also. There has been nothing during this time that has affected me in a detrimental way, I can only see positives. On the 1st April we increased our prices at work, therefore more revenue for business. On the 10th April I started a new business venture (actually re-established a business I had many years ago but got too busy to spend quality time at). And already it is going very well. I am still trying to garner what the negative connotations of chiron mean in my chart. I have no sun - chiron aspects in natal, do you? So maybe these transits/progressions don't affect me as much as someone who has them in the natal, I'm not sure. Even in synastry, my business partner's sun conjuncts my chiron. The only negative there is he expects me to work more than I am prepared to, being a mother, but otherwise we get on fantastically and he has been a great teacher.

I don’t know much about Chiron in progressions but there is an excellent article on Chiron transits which I personally find very accurate: http://astrologyforthesoul.com/chirotrans.html This one is also very interesting: http://www.cafeastrology.com/chirontransits.html I have been going through tr Chiron opp Sun and it is a pretty painful time for me… I have never felt so weak and ineffective and people are blocking my efforts more than ever. But I noticed that not everybody reacts to Chiron transits, so maybe it will depend on aspects Chiron makes in your natal chart. IP: Logged |
