Don't exactly know the interpretation, but it may point to emotional stability in a chart or something like that. Or it may just refer to a genetic connection with the ancient site in Italy between the Tordino and Vexzola, but I'm thinking there is more of a connection with helping out heavy water charts. Worth looking into.
