His Alma conjunct my SN and Vertex (0 degree and 1 degree)

Has it to do with something from the past?

I also just found in our synastry few other aspects, and as I'm bad with asteroids, I ask you to help me a little, what do you think about this? I'm really interested now. Let's say I'm A and my partner B.
