I'd need some Captain or the Coke isn't going to happen.Is that Stevia stuff even actually good for us or not? I know there's a couple derived things like Reb A, and unsure about those (it's in some of the zero-calorie Sobe Lifewater drinks, and admittedly the blueberry ones are very good). IP: Logged |

The most important facts about sugar -
1) It's not a "food" as such. Sugar was never meant to be consumed in its refined state.
2) It weakens the immune system
3) Cancer cells feed on sugar
4) Sugar consumption strips the body of minerals (bec it's acid forming), Mineral depletion leads to a raft of other health problems eventually.
(Which then necessitates visiting a "dr", who then prescribes drugs -which cause other health problems.. etc etc... Without ever addressing the original cause IP: Logged |

When facts that oppose mainstream are pushed into people's faces, I find there to be a lot more resistance and it detracts from the purpose of being informative. By keeping it in the Spider side, it kind of sits here until the people themselves decide "hmm, let me see what this is all about". Just my approach, others might like more directness. IP: Logged |
