Glad to see this was bumped. Been looking at the search engine and most results go way back to '09.
Recently I fell ill in relation to my life post an aftermath from surgery (reprod/gast) I must live with. My system is a mess and astro-energy now is aiding me to restore to my healthiest potential. I'm eating a meal a day and even that takes 75 minutes to do. Yesterday I did two if I'm counting my raspberries (1/4c). Today I got up and set out to drink coffee after being off it (home pot made) for about 5 days. I dropped my stevia in it and came to drink it, tasting a strange mint flavor. Which I never recollect that before! Yet my buds are sensitive now and these leaves I believe are related with the mint leaf too. Doesn't taste right to me though since this isn't tea. Mint coffee blah. yuck. So I am eliminating stevia now as well my sugar/starch quotient is already down.
Tomorrow I begin a tincture to hopefully remove unwanted criteria brought in via bad food and especially produce that is grown in poor conditions (Amer is truly third world or worse in standards anymore). So My love affair of coffee will be down, I prefer black now. Yet with adrenal fatigue issues - happy to let it go, again. Something about this round in getting more holistic seems more strategic & feels right.

You need sugar to balance your system. Without it you will dry up like a prune! You will not be able to eliminate effectively! There are naturally all kinds of sources of sugar but the white sugar is the most balanced for your system. Just like with salt. Doctors tell you to stay away from salt ~ but you will die if you don't have salt! This was known throughout the centuries. IP: Logged |

fairy22, I have a derivative of coconut. Palm sugar if needed and I eat some fruit.
My body is very sensitive to sugar of any kind and I'll swell from any with exception of pomegranate, citrus and pineapple. Very small in quantity. IP: Logged |

My type two diabetes has mystified doctors.
I now must consume high forms of sugar to keep my blood sugar from dropping to too
low deadly levels.
No one knows why.👽
