https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBnniua6-oM Best documentary on the truth about Sugar I've seen. There's more recent ones and this ones a bit scientific, but can't hide the truth. While we all know that Sugar in large amounts isn't good for us, what we don't realize is that it's in EVERYTHING nowadays. Feel free to link other documentaries and don't believe the Food Industry that tries to convince you that it's not their products that is basically creating the obesity epidemic. IP: Logged |

People think brown sugar is much better, but that's just sugar coated with molasses. IP: Logged |

Hmm, I thought it was covered in molasses because that's how it naturally is which is why they call it raw sugar. I'm not quite sure that it's the same as imagining that refined sugar is coated in molasses to create brown sugar. But ya, still too much isn't good for the body. They say about 9tsps of sugar a day for guys and 6tsps a day for ladies should be the average. A 355ml can of coke or ice tea has 7-8 tsps of sugar already. Imagine why our children nowadays can't focus.. ADHD? I'll tell you what it could be...

Nah, raw sugar is a different product than brown sugar. Raw sugar is natural cane sugar.IP: Logged |

I've seen Organic/Natural Coke drinks in natural stores. I don't know if it tastes good since I never tried it. But I live in Europe, mind you

In Atlanta at World of Coke, they give out samples from across the world. Many taste bad to Americans, and some like they have no sugar at all.IP: Logged |

:-D Yes, I've been to several countries and seen varieties that don't exist in mine. In the global food store I can get Vanilla and Cherry imported from the US.I drink Diet Coke with no cafeine is clearly less sweet than the normal one. I try to do it only in small amounts because of the aspartame. But there other brands imported from Germany that have Bio/non sugary versions of Coke. IP: Logged |
