WHAT IS FEMA?

FEMA is the acronym for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. It was established by Executive Order 12148 and signed into existence by Jimmy Carter in 1979.
It was originally planned as an umbrella administration consisting of the disaster and emergency response arms of nearly a dozen scattered federal agencies.

FEMA is the successor to the various cover agencies for bogus “national emergency” activity perpetrated since 1933, e.g., the Office of Emergency Preparedness, the Office of Defense Mobilization, the Office of Emergency Planning the Economic Stabilization Agency and the Civil Defense Administration… FEMA’s major functions were, unconstitutionally and in violation of the Compact, delegated under sham and pretense of a series of so-called Executive Orders, but without actual authority. ..

Four years earlier Brzezinski and Huntington had been together at the “Trilateral Commission’s annual 1975 conference in Kyoto, Japan”, where Huntington delivered a blood-curdling paper advocating the end of democracy and the imposition of crisis-management forms of government. A Trilateral Commission-linked magazine, Challenge, had earlier described the concept as “fascism with a democratic face”.

It was Brzezinski and Huntington’s vision of a technocratic fascist structure that came into being with the creation of FEMA – not a legitimate and long overdue serious attempt at civil defense…

By 1984, FEMA’s “continuity of government” structure was well oiled. Over 1,000 executive orders allocating extensive powers to FEMA in the event of a string of national emergencies sat in a safe in the Oval Office, waiting only for the signature of the President.
And in April 1984, FEMA, in conjunction with the Department of Defense, held extensive secret maneuvers throughout the United States. If there was any doubt that Huntington’s “crisis of democracy” vision was foremost in the minds of its planners, a declassified section of the exercise plan, dubbed REX-84 BRAVO spelled out the scenario on which the operation was based:

AMERICANS “COMPUTERIZED” BY FEMA

Fort Meade, Maryland is the government’s most tightly guarded installation (it houses, among others, the secret National Security Agency). In an unmarked, windowless office building on the grounds of Fort Meade, hundreds of thousands of American citizens are being “computerized” by technicians on the payroll of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Under Louis Giuffrida, appointed FEMA director by President Ronald Reagan in 1981, the agency developed a top-secret project for arresting tens of thousands of “suspects aliens” along with troublesome critics and dissenters whom the White House found annoying enough to be labeled “potentially subversive.”

“Teams of Secret Services, FBI and CIA agents were mobilized to find out how serious the threat was, while back in Washington FEMA went to work on an emergency program in case the presidential plane was hit by a Stinger missile somewhere over Colombia.”

FEMA’s emergency measures included preparations to round up more than 10,000 Americans “redlined” in the agency’s computers as “activists, supporters or sympathizers of terrorism in the United States,” explained Brown.
In August 1990, after Iraq invaded Kuwait, FEMA got ready to deal with “terrorist emergencies” in the United States by churning up the same old discredited computer compilation of “terrorist supporters and sympathizers,” adding thousands of names to it and alerting the U.S. Army to set up detention camps to hold these innocent victims of its bureaucratic brutality. HISTORY OF EXECUTIVE ORDERS

Under the Constitution of the United States, the president is vested with the executive power of the government (Article II, Section I, clause I), the power to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution” (Article II, Section I, clause 7) and the power to see that the laws are faithfully executed (Article II, Section 3).
From these powers is implied the authority to issue “executive orders” (EOs).

AN “EXECUTIVE ORDER” HAS NEVER BEEN DEFINED BY CONGRESS

In use from the earliest days of the republic, the executive order was at first employed mainly for the disposition of the public domain, the withdrawal of lands from federal reservations and for other similar purposes.
During World War I the use of the executive order was widened, as executive authority and power increased.
In the early years executive orders were not numbered, and since there was no uniform system for recording them the total of the unnumbered orders is unknown.
The validity of executive orders has been questioned many times, but a ruling as to the extent or limit to which they may be used has never been determined by the courts or by Congress (Library of Congress, Legislative Research service No.398/117-9).
The “Federal Register” contains the text of directives issued under the authority of the president. No congressional authorization is required. There is no review by the judiciary.
All EOs are laws made by one man: the president of the United States.
Through existing EOs, it is possible for one man to ignore the Constitution, Congress and the will of the people. A complete DICTATORSHIP can be imposed, “under color of law,” on the American people.
On March 9, 1933 President Franklin Roosevelt declared a state of “National Emergency” to deal with the banking crisis. Later, he declared two other national emergencies as he led the United States into World War II.
Another state of emergency was declared by President Harry Truman in 1950 after Red China’s intervention in the Korean War. Truman formally ended both the World War II emergencies in April of 1952, but expressly reaffirmed the 1950 declaration.
Presidents Dwight Eisenhower, John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon also reaffirmed it as each took office. Nixon declared other national emergencies on March 23, 1970 and August 15, 1971.
A declaration by the president indicating a national emergency exists has always stopped short of Martial Law, although the president has that prerogative. Undoubtedly it would be exercised in the event of a major or nuclear attack on the United States.
The last use of Martial Law was in Hawaii a few hours after the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941.
It is interesting to note that the tendency of martial law to perpetuate itself was demonstrated in that case. The military retained basic control of Hawaii until the Supreme Court in 1944 ruled that the continued use of martial law, long after the disaster conditions had ended, was un-Constitutional.

It is a frightening thought, but there are Executive Orders (EOs) on the books that made it possible for a president to ignore the Constitution and its cherished Bill of Rights, Congress, the judiciary and the very will of the American people.
It is a fact that a complete dictatorship can be imposed upon the people at nay time, simply by the president declaring a national emergency.
During the 1950s and 1960s, it was believed that the best way to bring about one-world government was by disarming the United States. Those who feared for America’s Constitutionally guaranteed liberties, and rightfully so, warned that America would be disarmed and would become easy prey for the ever-expanding military power of the Soviet Union and Red China.
They particularly opposed the powers of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, established to disarm America.
Now, however, with Eastern Europe shaking itself free from the shackles of communism and those peoples exercising their nationalistic yearnings, disarmament by both sides has become a necessity to cure social ills plaguing the U.S. and former Soviet bloc countries. With the apparent failure of the Red military machine, the general movement has been toward as easing of the arms race.
From the newfound “friendship” with Eastern Europe and in particular from the so-called multinational effort against Iraq in the Persian Gulf, President George Bush rarely gives a speech or holds a press conference in which he fails to mention his thoughts about a “New World Order.”
Now, however, a new method is needed to nullify America’s treasured Constitution, and the insidious EOs have gained a new and even more dangerous part to play in the plotting of the one worlders of the Trilateralist–Bilderberger ilk.
The biggest danger of such schemes as those proposed by Rep. Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) and Sen. Phil Gramm (R-Texas) is that any declared “national emergencies” would allow the president to activate repressive EOs signed by presidents going back to World War II.

Here are some of the EOs involved:

•EO 10995, which provides for the takeover of the communications media. In other words, forget about freedom of the press.

•EO 10997, which provides for the takeover of all electric power, petroleum, gas and other fuels and minerals.

•EO 10998, which provides for the takeover of all food resources and the nation’s farms.

•EO 10999, which provides for the takeover of all modes of transportation, control of highways, seaports, etc.

•EO 11000, which provides for mobilization of all civilians into work brigades under government supervision. In other words, slave labor.

•EO 11001, which provides for government takeover of all health, education and welfare functions.

•EO 11002, designates the postmaster general to operate a national registration of all persons.

•EO 11003, which provides for the government to take over airports and aircraft.

•EO 11004, which provides for the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, designate areas to be abandoned and establish new locations for populations.

•EO 11005 which provides for the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

All of the above orders were combined by President Richard Nixon into the notorious EO 11490… which allows all of these insidious things to take place if a national emergency is declared.
Here are some direct quotes from the 40-page Nixon EO:

“Develop plans and procedures for the Department of Defense utilization of non-industrial facilities in the event of an emergency in order to reduce requirements for new construction and to provide facilities in a minimum period of time…”

In other words, The confiscation of private property.

“Develop plans and procedures for the provision of logistical support to members of foreign forces, their employees and dependents as may be present in the United States under terms of bilateral or multilateral agreements which authorize such support in the event of a national

In other words, prepare for the billeting of foreign troops in your home contrary to the Third Amendment.

“Develop emergency plans for the control for alien enemies and other aliens within the United States. The lo0cation, restraint or custody of aliens.”
“The Secretary of Labor shall have primary responsibility for preparing national emergency plans and developing preparedness programs covering civilian manpower resources.”

Preparation can be undertaken for forced labor.

“Provision for regulation of money and credit in accordance with the needs of the economy, including the acquisition decentralization and distribution of emergency supplies of currency; the collection of cash items and non-cash items; and the conduct of fiscal agency and foreign operations.
“Provision for the continued or resumed operation of banking, savings and loan, and farm credit institutions, including measures for the recreation of evidence of assets or liabilities destroyed or inaccessible.
“Regulation of the withdrawal of currency and the transfer of credits including deposit and share account balances.”

Then along come President Jimmy Carter and EO 12148, titled the Federal Emergency Management Act. All prior EOs having anything to do with emergency planning were incorporated into it. This EO gives the president absolute power during any “emergency” so declared by him.

From Carter’s machinations emerged a totally new bureaucracy, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) which assumed control of a chain of older “emergency agencies”, including the Federal Disaster Assistance Administration, the National Weather Service, the Federal Emergency Broadcast System and about a dozen others.
In an “emergency”, FEMA was, through EO 12148, to virtually take over the key functions of the national government by means of “senior representatives” and “liaison a-gents” now positioned in every major government agency.
Incredibly, FEMA even has the power to assume the duties of the president himself.
…Those who want to know the complete truth about its not-so-innocent nature only need to peruse Carter’s EO 12148, as it appeared on July 24, 1979, in the Federal Register, and as it was reprinted in the May 26, 1980 issue of The SPOTLIGHT.
Finally, President Ronald Reagan updated this EO in his last full year in office on November 18, 1988, leaving his successor, Bush, the tools to create a dictatorship, his “New World Order”. (20)

“The Director of the Office of Emergency Planning authorized to put Executive Orders into effect in ‘times of increased international tension or financial crisis’. He is also to perform such additional functions as the President may direct.” (21)

The Executive orders which established these camps have been canceled because the camps are now in place. We have to look at all of the evidence and try to see the big picture. Could ALL of this information be real and true, or are these just more conspiracy theories? Yes and No! There are many truths weaved in between lies and misconceptions.

Many things that people believe are simply not true, and many things people do not want to believe are very true. Look into (HR 645), FM 3-19.40, Rex 84, Operation Garden Plot, Operation Cable Splicer, CILFs (Civilian Inmate Labor Facilities) and Military Police Internment/Resettlement Operations, because these are the real subjects to research and discuss.I have been accused of trying to scare the mass population with this book, but in reality I am only presenting news that I have researched, in one place for the world to see. Nothing more, nothing less.

All of my resources are listed on at the end of this book for you the reader to research and validate or debunk. Now I will say that these red list / blue list stories have been circulating for well over twenty years now and a lot of these supposed prison train cars reported to be equipped with benches and shackles that I personally have seen are simply just car haulers with ramps for the cars to sit on, and the chains are to keep them tied down in place.

Red List – Blue List – Yellow List – Black List

We are all on a Red or Blue list somewhere, those on the red list will be woken at 4am and taken to the camps and probably killed.

Red List – These people are the enemies of the NWO. They are the leaders of patriot groups, outspoken ministers, outspoken talk show hosts, community leaders, and even probably NETleaders. These people will be dragged out of their homes at 4:00 am and will be taken to FEMA detention centers and killed. This will take place approximately 2 weeks before martial law is enforced.

Blue List – These are also enemies of the NWO, but are followers of the Red List folks. These people will be rounded up after martial law is in place, and will be taken to the detention centers and ‘re-educated’. Various mind-control techniques will used on them. Most will not survive this. Mr. Springmeier was not specific on exactly who was on the Blue List, but I would guess that people such as you and I are on that list.

Yellow List – These are citizens who know nothing about the NWO and don’t want to know. They are considered to be no threat at all and will be instructed as to how to behave and will most likely do whatever they are told. Unfortunately there are too many of these to be effectively controlled, so many will be killed or starved.

Black List –If anyone reading this is politically active and is an outspoken champion of personal liberty, then it is probably safe to assume that you are already on some sort of list, at least a “watch list”.

You might also be on a cyber black list, targeting you for disinformation/discrediting campaigns or perhaps for DDOS ping attack hacking. (It is no coincidence that DDOS ping floods are more frequently directed at politically outspoken blogs and web sites.)

The key question is: what is your priority on those lists?

If someone is a high priority for travel restrictions or detention, then their passport would be immediately flagged and they might not have the opportunity to leave the country via conventional means– through normal passport controls.

The recent events at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge in Harney County, Oregon illustrated that quickly removing the leadership of any political organization through targeted arrests can render it impotent or at least mute it in the court of public opinion. The Federal government is able to accomplish this because many cities have essentially made it illegal to be homeless. Thus, by having restrictions on the location and time one can spend in a certain area without being considered homeless, many cities have shipped their homeless to nearby FEMA camps. From Fresno, California to Columbia, South Carolina, America’s homeless are being forcefully sent to detention centers under the guise of government housing.

The FEMA camps conspiracy theory holds that the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is planning to imprison US citizens in concentration camps.This is typically described as following the imposition of martial law in the United States after a major disaster or crisis.

In some versions of the theory, only suspected dissidents will be imprisoned. In more extreme versions, large numbers of US citizens will be imprisoned for the purposes of extermination as a New World Order is established.

The conspiracy theory has existed since the late 1970s but it has picked up greatly in popularity with the advent of the internet and social media platforms.

The Rex 84 Program was created on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal immigrants crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government.

FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. Most of the camps can hold up to 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can house around 2 million people.

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty.

These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. The launch site has had “a flawless failure record” and is rarely used. Norton AFB – (closed base) now staffed with UN according to some sources.

Tule Lake – area of “wildlife refuge”, accessible by unpaved road, just inside Modoc County. Fort Ord – Closed in 1994, this facility is now an urban warfare training center for US and foreign troops, and may have some “P.O.W. – C.I.” enclosures. Twentynine Palms Marine Base – Birthplace of the infamous “Would you shoot American citizens?” Quiz.

New camps being built on “back 40”. Oakdale – Rex 84 camp capable of holding at least 20,000 people. 90 mi. East of San Francisco. Terminal Island – (Long Beach) located next to naval shipyards operated by ChiCom shipping interests. Federal prison facility located here. Possible deportation point.

Avon Park – Air Force gunnery range, Avon Park has an on-base “correctional facility” which was a former WWII detention camp. Camp Krome – DoJ detention/interrogation center, Rex 84 facility Eglin AFB – This base is over 30 miles long, from Pensacola to Hwy 331 in De Funiak Springs. High capacity facility, presently manned and populated with some prisoners. Pensacola – Federal Prison Camp Everglades – It is believed that a facility may be carved out of the wilds here.

GEORGIA

Ft. Benning – Located east of Columbus near Alabama state line. Rex 84 site – Prisoners brought in via Lawson Army airfield. Ft. Mc Pherson – US Force Command – Multiple reports that this will be the national headquarters and coordinating center for foreign/UN troop movement and detainee collection. Ft. Gordon – West of Augusta – No information at this time. Unadilla – Dooly County – Manned, staffed FEMA prison on route 230, no prisoners. Oglethorpe – Macon County; facility is located five miles from Montezuma, three miles from Oglethorpe.

This FEMA prison has no staff and no prisoners. Morgan – Calhoun County, FEMA facility is fully manned & staffed – no prisoners. Camilla – Mitchell County, south of Albany. This FEMA facility is located on Mt. Zion Rd approximately 5.7 miles south of Camilla.

Unmanned – no prisoners, no staff. Hawkinsville – Wilcox County; Five miles east of town, fully manned and staffed but no prisoners. Located on fire road 100/Upper River Road Abbeville – South of Hawkinsville on US route 129; south of town off route 280 near Ocmulgee River.

FEMA facility is staffed but without prisoners. McRae – Telfair County – 1.5 miles west of McRae on Hwy 134 (8th St). Facility is on Irwinton Avenue off 8th St., manned & staffed – no prisoners. Fort Gillem – South side of Atlanta – FEMA designated detention facility. Fort Stewart – Savannah area – FEMA designated detention facility.

HAWAII

Halawa Heights area – Crematory facility located in hills above city. Area is marked as a state department of health laboratory. Barbers Point NAS – There are several military areas that could be equipped for detention / deportation. Honolulu – Detention transfer facility at the Honolulu airport similar in construction to the one in.Oklahoma (pentagon-shaped building where airplanes can taxi up to).

IDAHO

Minidoka/Jerome Counties – WWII Japanese-American internment facility possibly under renovation. Clearwater National Forest – Near Lolo Pass – Just miles from the Montana state line near Moose Creek, this unmanned facility is reported to have a nearby airfield. Wilderness areas – Possible location. No data.

ILLINOIS

Marseilles – Located on the Illinois River off Interstate 80 on Hwy 6. It is a relatively small facility with a cap of 1400 prisoners. Though it is small it is designed like prison facilities with barred windows, but the real smoking gun is the presence of military vehicles. Being located on the Illinois River it is possible that prisoners will be brought in by water as well as by road and air. This facility is approximately 75 miles west of Chicago.

National Guard training area nearby. Scott AFB – Barbed wire prisoner enclosure reported to exist just off-base. More info needed, as another facility on-base is beieved to exist. Pekin – This Federal satellite prison camp is also on the Illinois River, just south of Peoria. It supplements the federal penitentiary in Marion, which is equipped to handle additional population outside on the grounds.

Chanute AFB – Rantoul, near Champaign/Urbana – This closed base had WWII – era barracks that were condemned and torn down, but the medical facility was upgraded and additional fencing put up in the area. More info needed. Marion – Federal Penitentiary and satellite prison camp inside Crab Orchard Nat’l Wildlife Refuge. Manned, staffed, populated fully. Greenfield – Two federal correctional“satellite prison camps” serving Marion – populated as above.

Shawnee National Forest – Pope County – This area has seen heavy traffic of foreign military equipment and troops via Illinois Central Railroad, which runs through the area. Suspected location is unknown, but may be close to Vienna and Shawnee correctional centers, located 6 mi. west of Dixon Springs.

Savanna Army Depot – NW area of state on Mississippi River. Lincoln, Sheridan, Menard, Pontiac, Galesburg – State prison facilities equipped for major expansion and close or adjacent to highways & railroad tracks. Kankakee – Abandoned industrial area on west side of town (Rt.17 & Main) designated as FEMA detention site. Equipped with water tower, incinerator, a small train yard behind it and the rear of the facility is surrounded by barbed wire facing inwards.

INDIANA

Indianapolis / Marion County – Amtrak railcar repair facility (closed); controversial site of a major alleged detention / processing center. Although some sources state that this site is a “red herring”, photographic and video evidence suggests otherwise.

This large facility contains large 3-4 inch gas mains to large furnaces (crematoria??), helicopter landing pads, railheads for prisoners, Red/Blue/Green zones for classifying/processing incoming personnel, one-way turnstiles, barracks, towers, high fences with razor wire, etc.

Personnel with government clearance who are friendly to the patriot movement took a guided tour of the facility to confirm this site. This site is located next to a closed refrigeration plant facility. Ft. Benjamin Harrison – Located in the northeast part of Indianapolis, this base has been decomissioned from “active” use but portions are still ideally converted to hold detainees.

Helicopter landing areas still exist for prisoners to be brought in by air, land & rail. Crown Point – Across street from county jail, former hospital. One wing presently being used for county work-release program, 80% of facility still unused.

Possible FEMA detention center or holding facility. Camp Atterbury – Facility is converted to hold prisoners and boasts two active compounds presently configured for minumum security detainees. Located just west of Interstate 65 near Edinburgh, south of Indianapolis.

Terre Haute – Federal Correctional Institution, Satellite prison camp and death facility. Equipped with crematoria reported to have a capacity of 3,000 people a day. FEMA designated facility located here. Fort Wayne – This city located in Northeast Indiana has a FEMA designated detention facility, accessible by air, road and nearby rail. Kingsbury – This “closed” military base is adjacent to a state fish & wildlife preserve.

Part of the base is converted to an industrial park, but the southern portion of this property is still used. It is bordered on the south by railroad, and is staffed with some foreign-speaking UN troops. A local police officer who was hunting and camping close to the base in the game preserve was accosted, roughed up, and warned by the English-speaking unit commander to stay away from the area. It was suggested to the officer that the welfare of his family would depend on his “silence”.

Located just southeast of LaPorte. Jasper-Pulaski Wildlife Area – Youth Corrections farm located here. Facility is “closed”, but is still staffed and being “renovated”. Total capacity unknown. Grissom AFB – This closed airbase still handles a lot of traffic, and has a “state-owned” prison compound on the southern part of the facility.

UNICOR

Jefferson Proving Grounds – Southern Indiana – This facility was an active base with test firing occuring daily. Portions of the base have been opened to create an industrial park, but other areas are still highly restricted. A camp is believed to be located “downrange”. Facility is equipped with an airfield and has a nearby rail line. Newport – Army Depot – VX nerve gas storage facility. Secret meetings were held here in 1998 regarding the addition of the Kankakee River watershed to the Heritage Rivers Initiative. Hammond – large enclosure identified in FEMA-designated city.

Leavenworth – US Marshal’s Fed Holding Facility, US Penitentiary, Federal Prison Camp, McConnell Air Force Base. Federal death penalty facility. Concordia – WWII German POW camp used to exist at this location but there is no facility there at this time. Ft. Riley – Just north of Interstate 70, airport, near city of Manhattan. El Dorado – Federal prison converted into forced-labor camp, UNICOR industries. Topeka – 80 acres has been converted into a temporary holding camp.

KENTUCKY

Ashland – Federal prison camp in Eastern Kentucky near the Ohio River. Louisville – FEMA detention facility, located near restricted area US naval ordnance plant. Military airfield located at facility, which is on south side of city. Lexington – FEMA detention facility, National Guard base with adjacent airport facility. Manchester – Federal prison camp located inside Dan Boone National Forest.

Ft. Knox – Detention center, possibly located near Salt River, in restricted area of base. Local patriots advise that black Special Forces & UN gray helicopters are occasionally seen in area. Land Between the Lakes – This area was declared a UN biosphere and is an ideal geographic location for detention facilities. Area is an isthmus extending out from Tennessee, between Lake Barkley on the east and Kentucky Lake on the west. Just scant miles from Fort Campbell in Tennessee.

LOUISIANA

Ft. Polk – This is a main base for UN troops & personnel, and a training center for the disarmament of America. Livingston – WWII German/Italian internment camp being renovated?; halfway between Baton Rouge and Hammond, several miles north of Interstate 12. Oakdale – Located on US route 165 about 50 miles south of Alexandria; two federal detention centers just southeast of Fort Polk.

MAINE

Houlton – WWII German internment camp in Northern Maine, off US Route 1.

Ft. Meade – Halfway between the District of Criminals and Baltimore.

Camp Perry – Site renovated; once used as a POW camp to house German and Italian prisoners of WWII. Some tar paper covered huts built for housing these prisoners are still standing. Tinker AFB (OKC) – All base personnel are prohibited from going near civilian detention area, which is under constant guard. Will Rogers World Airport – FEMA’s main processing center for west of the Mississippi.

Crossville – Site of WWII German / Italian prison camp is renovated; completed barracks and behind the camp in the woods is a training facility with high tight ropes and a rappelling deck.
Nashville – There are two buildings built on State property that are definitely built to hold prisoners. They are identical buildings – side by side on Old Briley Parkway. High barbed wire fence that curves inward.

TEXAS

Austin – Robert Mueller Municipal airport has detenion areas inside hangars.
Bastrop – Prison and military vehicle motor pool.
Eden – 1500 bed privately run federal center. Currently holds illegal aliens.
Ft. Hood (Killeen) – Newly built concentration camp, with towers, barbed wire etc., just like the one featured in the movie Amerika. Mock city for NWO shock- force training.

Beckley – Alderson – Lewisburg – Former WWII detention camps that are now converted into active federal prison complexes capable of holding several times their current populations. Alderson is presently a women’s federal reformatory.

WASHINGTON

Seattle/Tacoma – SeaTac Airport: fully operational federal transfer center
Okanogan County – Borders Canada and is a site for a massive concentration camp capable of holding hundreds of thousands of people for slave labor.

This is probably one of the locations that will be used to hold hard core patriots who will be held captive for the rest of their lives.
Sand Point Naval Station – Seattle – FEMA detention center used actively during the 1999 WTO protests to classify prisoners.
Ft. Lewis / McChord AFB – near Tacoma – This is one of several sites that may be used to ship prisoners overseas for slave labor.

WISCONSIN

Ft. McCoy – Rex 84 facility with several complete interment compounds.
Oxford – Central part of state – Federal prison & staellite camp and FEMA detention facility.

WYOMING

Heart Mountain – Park County N. of Cody – WWII Japanese interment camp ready for renovation.
Laramie – FEMA detention facility
Southwest – near Lyman – FEMA detention facility
East Yellowstone – Manned internment facility – Investigating patriots were apprehended by European soldiers speaking in an unknown language.

Federal government assumed custody of the persons and arranged their release.

OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES

There are many other locations not listed above that are worthy of consideration as a possible detention camp site, but due to space limitations and the time needed to verify, could not be included here. Virtually all military reservations, posts, bases, stations, & depots can be considered highly suspect (because it is “federal” land).

Also fitting this category are “Regional Airports” and “International Airports” which also fall under federal jurisdiction and have limited-access areas. Mental hospitals, closed hospitals & nursing homes, closed military bases, wildlife refuges, state prisons, toxic waste dumps, hotels and other areas all have varying degrees of potential for being a detention camp area.

The likelihood of a site being suspect increases with transportation access to the site, including airports/airstrips, railheads, navigable waterways & ports, interstate and US highways. Some facilities are “disguised” as industrial or commercial properties, camouflaged or even wholly contained inside large buildings (Indianapolis) or factories. Many inner-city buildings left vacant during the de-industrialization of America have been quietly acquired and held, sometimes retrofitted for their new uses.

CANADA

Our Canadian friends tell us that virtually all Canadian military bases, especially those north of the 50th Parallel, are all set up with concentration camps. Not even half of these can be listed, but here are a few sites with the massive land space to handle any population:
Suffield CFB – just north of Medicine Hat, less than 60 miles from the USA.

Primrose Lake Air Range – 70 miles northeast of Edmonton.
Wainwright CFB – halfway between Medicine Hat and Primrose Lake.
Ft. Nelson – Northernmost point on the BC Railway line.
Ft. McPherson – Very cold territory ~ NW Territories. Ft. Providence – Located on Great Slave Lake. Halifax – Nova Scotia. Dept. of National Defense reserve…. And others.

Guayanabo, Puerto Rico – Federal prison camp facility. Capacity unknown.

The United Nations ‘Agenda 21’ is officially a :

‘comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, government, and major groups, in every area in which humans have impact on the environment.”

But there are fears for the project that the real aim is to have all the world’s land united under one leader, creating a threat to individual freedom.They state that they want the world to be largely privately held land for the sake of ‘sustainability’ but this is a thinly veiled attempt at total control.

The local government implementation of Agenda 21 was prepared by ICLEI for the Earth Council’s Rio+5 Forum (April 13-19, 1997 — Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), for the 5th Session of the UN Commission on Sustainable Development, and for the UN General Assembly’s “Earth Summit+5” Special Session.

United Nations Plot to Depopulate 80% of the World by 2030

Agenda 21 was United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Division for Sustainable Development and was apparently developed as a means of restructuring the world population to lessen environmental impact and achieve an improved quality of life. One of the main ways of achieving this, however, is through encouraged and direct depopulation.

As the UN put it:

“comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations system, government, and major groups, in every area in which humans have impact on the environment.”

Although the language used in the original 70-page report that the UN published on Agenda 21 is vague and open to interpretation, as well as plausible deniability, the intentions in certain sections are clear. Depopulation to lessen environmental impact and stop overpopulation leading to instability.

While this sounds like a positive thing in some aspects, mere policy changes at governmental level alone cannot create an environment where big enough changes can come about in a short space of time.

To achieve such huge scale depopulation with a relatively short deadline the actions were taken would have to be drastic. Either a world war, global epidemic or some kind of widespread starvation caused by massive crop failures would be the only likely ways of achieving this.

Whether such a plan could ever actually be successful is another matter. Agenda 21 and 2030

Climate change has been blamed for this drought and other disasters and we have been blamed for the climate change. Again, the formula “Problem-Reaction-Solution” (also known as the Hegelian dialectic or Order out of Chaos) has been used to roll out Agenda 21 (also known as “Sustainable Development”). The Agenda for the 21st Century (Agenda 21) is the outline of how to change our lives using the justification of saving the planet.

If you have not heard of Agenda 21, it is the United Nations plan to condense us into highly controlled megacities, allow us to live in only a few places known as human settlement zones, get us out of our cars and monitor, restrict and tax our usage of water. gas. and electricity in order to lower our “carbon footprint”. Smart Meters is one method of monitoring and restricting our use.

The SMART in smart meters stands for “Self Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology” All these plans by the United Nations are based on the assumption (or lie) that the planet is warming due to excess carbon dioxide due to human activity. In reality, there are only trace amounts of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and plants use it to make oxygen.

One of the founders of the Council on Foreign Relations, David Rockefeller, paid for the land the United Nations Headquarters sits on(per his Memoirs). This is important to note because he as well as other CFR founders (which includes Paul Warburg who was once referred to as “the father of the Federal Reserve) talked of creating a new world order or in some way helped toward that goal.

Think global warming scam and the fact that it is on this that the United Nations bases its policies. I will not be naive to suggest that Agenda 21 is the only playbook being used to create a one world government, but it is the only one (to my knowledge) that is being enacted by local governments. That is, local governments comply to the federal government’s request so that they can get funding in return.

Here is where “think globally, act locally” comes in. Research the issues, learn the laws (especially the U.S. Constitution), and attend city, county, state and other meetings to call out politicians on their agendas and when they break laws. It is also important to let them know that you do not comply. If you don’t know when your city or county is going to have it’s meetings; you can go to their offices or check their web sites to get a list of their meeting schedules and the meeting agendas.

The United Nations has recently created a new document which is an update of and an extension to Agenda 21. This new document is called, “Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”. It entails control of additional parts of our lives that are not included in Agenda 21.

Some people have referred to it as the “secret government” of the United States. It is not an elected body, it does not involve itself in public disclosures, and it even has a quasi-secret budget in the billions of dollars.

This government organization has more power than the President of the United States or the Congress, it has the power to suspend laws, move entire populations, arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and hold them without trial, it can seize property, food supplies, transportation systems, and can suspend the Constitution.

Not only is it the most powerful entity in the United States, but it was not even created under Constitutional law by the Congress. It was a product of a Presidential Executive Order. No, it is not the U.S. military nor the Central Intelligence Agency, they are subject to Congress.

The organization is called FEMA, which stands for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Originally conceived in the Richard Nixon Administration, it was refined by President Jimmy Carter and given teeth in the Ronald Reagan and George Bush Administrations.

FEMA had one original concept when it was created, to assure the survivability of the United States government in the event of a nuclear attack on this nation. It was also provided with the task of being a federal coordinating body during times of domestic disasters, such as earthquakes, floods and hurricanes. Its awesome powers grow under the tutelage of people like Lt. Col. Oliver North and General Richard Secord, the architects on the Iran-Contra scandal and the looting of America’s savings and loan institutions.

FEMA has even been given control of the State Defense Forces, a rag-tag, often considered neo-Nazi, civilian army that will substitute for the National Guard, if the Guard is called to duty overseas.

THE MOST POWERFUL ORGANIZATION IN THE UNITED STATES

Though it may be the most powerful organization in the United States, few people know it even exists. But it has crept into our private lives. Even mortgage papers contain FEMA’s name in small print if the property in question is near a flood plain.

FEMA was deeply involved in the Los Angeles riots and the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake in the San Francisco Bay Area. Some of the black helicopter traffic reported throughout the United States, but mainly in the West, California, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado, are flown by FEMA personnel.

FEMA has been given responsibility for many new disasters including urban forest fires, home heating emergencies, refugee situations, urban riots, and emergency planning for nuclear and toxic incidents. In the West, it works in conjunction with the Sixth Army.

FEMA was created in a series of Executive Orders. A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is by-passed. Executive Order Number 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding.

An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic. Executive Order Number 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers.

This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry.

Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

Self Proclaimed ‘Super-genius’ Trump Setting up FEMA Concentration Camps at Abandoned Military Bases

Up to two dozen military bases now house quarantine prisoners who are not listed on official records.

Trump is using FEMA to set up quarantine camps for carefully selected CV 19 folks, selected for reasons known to none. The first one is in Anniston, Alabama, Fort McLellan.

The first announcement was 11 bases:

Eleven military bases near major airports in the United States are setting up quarantine centers for possible coronavirus patients, the Department of Defense said.

The Department of Health and Human Services asked the Pentagon for quarantine space in case beds fill up at other coronavirus centers around the country, according to a DOD statement.

More are coming. DHS is being trained to start picking up, yes, just like in Jade Helm, and dragging them, kicking and screaming, to concentration camps. No, we aren’t kidding.

The list includes Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, near Honolulu International Airport; Great Lakes Training Center Navy Base, near Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport in Illinois; Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Texas, near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport; Dobbins Air Reserve Base, near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport; Fort Hamilton, New York, for John F. Kennedy International Airport; Naval Base Kitsap, close to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport; Joint Base Anacostia for passengers traveling through Dulles International Airport in Virginia; Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, for Newark Liberty International Airport; and Fort Custer Training Center near Detroit Metro.

The list is in addition to locations already providing housing to quarantined Americans who have fled Wuhan and Hubei province in China where the virus originated. Those bases include March Air Reserve Base, Travis Air Force Base and Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in California; Lackland Air Force Base in Texas and Eppley Airfield in Omaha
