I guess Elites like BIll Gates has proven to us that they all want money to have sex with the best and as many. Sultan needs to have an Harem and bigger the size of the Harem the more others respect. Trump's connection to the beauty industries and hotels makes him important to have connections with as Elitists so they can spend their wealth , downstream i.e lower chakras of sex.
