i noticed 'chakras' is one of the subjects for this heading and was wondering if anyone knows any exercises to do to help see the chakras? i am only able to feel things going on, presently, but i thought it would help a lot to unconfuse things if i could see them as well.IP: Logged |

hello batgirl, there are quite a few good books written about chakras and auras. a book i recently read and enjoy is "Auras and Colours : A Guide to Working With Subtle Energies" by Paul Lambillion. i found it to be an easy, and comforting read with many exercises. a more detailed, and theoretical read is "The Chakras" by Charles Webster, Leadbeater. this, i'm still in the process of reading, is very interesting, and more in depth. it was written in the 1920s. the internet also provides a wealth of information for exercises and i'm certain there are discussion boards about chakras and auras. love, aphrodite IP: Logged |

thanks! . . . .it's weird, i either got some help from someone who read this post or the universe just kind of answered my request . . i found more of a bridge between seeing/feeling yesterday and today . . .so if somebody was helping me, i'm just lettin you know, it worked!
