Ice cream:

Cut up some bananas into 1/2 inch slices, freeze them, and throw them into the blender. Tastes BETTER than ice cream, I swear!

You can also add some vanilla, cinnamon, walnuts, pecans, and/or shredded coconut to this... YUM.

I love frozen banana icecream... especially with a few wild berries thrown in.
