need to believe...sending you many healing thoughts and energies......but also cautioning you that you should not hang your own health and well-being on another. Whether he reaches to you or not should be irrelevant to your health, inside and out. Your healing is your responsibility, not his. You must begin to love yourself, for if you do not, what is there for others to love? The advice Bases has given you is sound, practice his breathing methods and realize what a stupendous being of light you are, worthy of all that you desire. Bases, I would very much like to hear more about your work and your healing philosophies.

Hi. Need to Believe, the breathing exercise is to be practiced every time we want (the ideal is all the time, but we need the practice). However, when the purpose is to remove a negative emotion from our subconscious, once is enough. If there is other experience we need to remove, we make other exercise with its visualization, as explained, and so on.Leonard IP: Logged |

bases, you do have interesting insight, since I'm a strong believer in visualisation too. You're very calming need to believe, have you tried the suggestions how are things coming along with you? As always, you're in my thoughts, S

Dear Special, Bases, Trillian and all Know Flakes,
I am feeling much better. I'm doing those exercises that Bases Loaded told me and I feel a lot more positive. Thank you for your support. I don't think I can make it on this road without you all!
