I smoke 1 or 2 cigarettes a day. It's ridiculous! Even that is hard to quit. Hopefully I'll be done soon.

Aww, I love you guys!! I am still a non-=smoker. I have put on a little weight, but it's okay. I am proud of my self also. I smoked for 33 years!!! That is awful!!

But I am already soooooooo sweet!! I have to cut back at least some of the sugar. I dont want to gain a bunch more weight. I am trying to eat more celery and carrots, like Zala said in the begining.

I'm not saying this to scare you. I'm just sharing what others who have quit have told me.

Some people never seem to get over the urge to have a cigarette even after 20 yrs of not smoking. Others say they quit and hardly, if ever, think about it.

If you're like me then you want ALL the facts and possibilities. It's better to be prepared for a day when the urge to smoke is really strong.

Bottom line, as with any addiction, it's up to you whether you want to quit and stay quit or not. I've been smoking almost 30 yrs and I think about quitting every day.

i tell my self each morning i wont smoke. then by lunch i have one. and by dinner nearly 5. heck i wanna quit. too.

alright. its 1.57am sunday, june 24 and i'm going to quit from today onwards. lets see if i can do it too.
