ok so ive heard alot about this i just really want to know if this is for real. i mean can it make your everyday life healthier. i have heard this all over tv and radio talking about how the chinese drink this and as we know it they have the longest life span of any country. so how many people drink this type of tea and have you seemed more healthier since you have started drinking it.IP: Logged |

Of course I recommend it I wouldn't put something up here at LL that I thought was BAD And yes, I like the taste Kombucha *is* an acquired taste, so maybe you might like to try just regular green tea first..... I use Stevia as a sweetener in all my teas.IP: Logged |

I love green tea, too! I normally try to find a package that is not wrapped in plastic, which can be a bit hard... Matcha tea is my favorite. It is quite expensive, but in combination with other teas its price becomes more bearable... ------------------
