Consider the first or Root Chakra we use this Chakras Energy for actual bonding with the Earth, and feeding your body to look at it properly we must know how ours work.
For those of you who dont know how your Charkric system works.
I propose a thought for contemplation, if you do not understand how your Chakric system works then you are not using your lifes Energy, it is being used for you.
First the word Chakra means in Sanskrit "wheel" or "turning".
Through my own work with my chakras I have figured out that each chakra vibrates or rotates at a different speed. The root or first chakra rotates at the slowest speed, the crown or seventh chakra at the highest speed. Each chakra has its own color and each wheel rotates clockwise.

Consider this too....If the chakras are not balanced, or if the energies are blocked, the basic life force will be slowed down. If we feel listless, tired, out of sorts, or depressed this is usually why. Not only will physical bodily functions be affected but diseases may manifest, the thought processes and the mind may also be affected. A negative attitude, fear, doubt, etc. may preoccupy the individual.An individual may also feel fearful, anxious, insecure and frustrated. Problems like obesity, anorexia nervosa, and knee troubles can occur. All of these issues in one way or another can be traced back to the Root Chakra...I promise you. Its amazing when you take to the time to examine how this works. It simple Energy Mapping.

A constant balance between the chakras promotes health and a sense of well being. If the chakras are opened to much, a person could literally short circuit themselves with too much universal energy going through the body. If the chakras are closed, this does not allow for the universal energy to flow through them properly which may also lead to dis-ease.

Most of us react to unpleasant experiences by blocking our feeling and stopping a great deal of our natural energy flow. This affects the maturation and development of the chakras. Whenever a person blocks whatever experience he is having, he in turn blocks his chakras, which eventually become disfigured. When the chakras are functioning normally, each will be open, spinning clockwise to metabolize the particular energies needed from the universal energy field.

This is where Astrology can help us as well consider all those squares and oppositions have a physical manifestation whether we acknowledge it or not
In order for us to be grounded and balanced, we must know how our Root Chakra works...you may find that you have some damage to this Chakra...if so then you must immediately began the work to heal it. Our Root Chakra is important, it is our connection to Gaia...it is how where we ground.
Located in the energy field at the base of our tailbone, it provides the firm foundation necessary to living, it establishes personal access to everything needed in order to survive and grow, and offers a basic sense of security and safety.

Your first chakra's main role is to help you meet your basic needs for survival-smoothly, certainly, and with grace. Are you doing that in your life right now?
It focuses attention on your daily needs and stimulates your ability to fulfill them.
Are you fulfilling your daily needs...do you even give them the proper attention?
If you are then there should be some results, and we all tend to delude ourselves so here is a good litmus test as it were....the result of a properly function Root Chakra is confidence - in yourself and the Universe - and connection, a true sense of spiritual heritage and community kinship.
The root chakra is powerfully related to our contact with the Gaia. This chakra rules your relationship to your body and to her. Your root chakra corresponds to the third-dimension, the realm of humans, animals, and plants providing us with the ability to be grounded into the 3 D plane. This is also the center of manifestation as here is where you access your ability to create in the 3D. When you are trying to make things happen in the material world, business or material possessions, the energy to succeed will come from the first chakra.

Root Chakra Facts:
· The first chakra governs eating, the need for shelter, warmth, and
comfort and the desire to feel protected.
· A well-balanced root chakra results in a feeling of calm and an aura of quiet strength and confidence.
· The Root body parts include the immune system, blood, bones, colon, rectum hips, legs, lower back and sexual organs.
· An apt image for the first chakra is a plant or tree rooted firmly in. This is how I begin my visualization during my meditations. The roots or my feet on the ground are brown the color of Gaia and my legs are like tree trunks and then around my thighs they begin to turn red...
· The root chakra vibrates with the color red.
· The root chakra's mission statement is: I want, I need.

I cant explain how important this knowledge of our personal Energy fields is. Maintaining a balanced foundation is an ongoing and sometimes challenging process. Life is ever changing, and you must be able to go with the flow, bending like the branches of a tree in an unpredictable wind. Because it is impossible to control your external environment, you must concentrate on creating an inner environment that is both solid and flexible.

How did you stumble upon your first guided meditation? And what did it consist of. Maybe your story will help encourage others to explore there own auras.. Did you notice any difference in your life after learning to work with your Chakras?

My Massage Therapist is a gifted Pisces/Aries Mn and she is a graduate of the Somatic Ins. of Healing Arts. I meet in a small group of like minded seekers and she leads us off with guided meditation. I need to practice and learn more on my own.

Coincidence.?....

Well considering your NN being in Taurus...you are experience the negative frequency of fixed Energies....people dealing with Fixed NN signs usually described there issues as a feeling of being "locked" down....but this is only in attempt to propel you forward.
Consider this Mermaid:

You are coming from one of the most powerful degrees in the Zodiac 29 Scorpio, home of the Goddesses of Antiquity...as some would say.
Whatever the case..you are dealing with some powerful Energies propelling you along your lifepath.
The issue with Taurus NN people is that you usually need to be aware of seeking your self worth through others....IE "I can only feel okay about myself through the validation of others", which we know can lead to the trap of an unending search for a soulmate.
You are moving from a very powerful past life where you entered inseperable, bonded relationships with people...either as an Energy being worshipped on the astral plain...or as a Queen or Courtesan behind the King.. Counselor to the Chief..well you get the point basically..you were privy to the inside scoop but in the end the decisions were always made by someone else. You have a history of feeding your power...your enegy and charisma to more powerful soulmate, and in exchange you recieved validation and appreciation fron that one person as acknowdegement of there worth. My parents connection works much like this in this life time......

In past lives the persons in power, fed, pampered and clothe you....all you had to do was stay bonded to them...and help them fulfill there desires and you had it all....makes sense....
So now it makes you careless with money at times, as though someone is going to take care of it for you....well it doesnt work that way this time.
These pass life dependencies robbed you of the knowlege that you could earn your own way with your own talents.

There is much more to talk about about with this...but first...have you seen any patterns with this...You may not as most of the SN are experienced in childhood and overcome before we get to this stage of life..but it never hurts to explore the possibilities...if you dont see this showing up now....did you see something simliar to it as a child in your patterns of dealing with people...with 29 Scorpio I would imagine this Energy showing up in a very real and telling way.

There is something in this "digging" for you I think to figure out why your body has turned to armour on you......
There is something in your Energy that you are hard holding on to strongly that this is whay you are manifesting...
The body is just a reflection...but you know that...

I am hyper-sensitive indeed. My biggest question is what I am to do, what is my purpose with this energy?

Some background...Parent divorced when I was nine made my security threatened. Dad is a drinker, chauvinistic, cheater... Mom is super materialistic, strong willed, a tad selfish. She is still bitter to this day.
My biggest irrational fear is being cheated on and left in financial straights. As a child I hated to impose my needs and was sacrificial and didn't wan't to create any additional financial burden for my mother.

I am now at the point I need to build my career again and regain some independence from my worth and talents. I've been a stay at home mom for 11 yrs. When I worked, I was a promotable and high achieving employee (Accounting and HR). However, I have an aspect in my chart that says employers don't benefit me. I don't just want a job, as I want to earn my daily bread by doing my soul's purpose and by using my "spiritual" gifts.

It almost feels as though I can feel your pain. There is no particular book that I have read. There are two in my other house, when I am back at home I will get the names and give them to you.
But you can find it on the internet if you look and trust your intuition to guide you to the right source...the words that you need to hear.
You will know if you are hearing the right words by the emotions they evoke in you.

You are carrying immense pain inside.
Similiar to mine....its only yours has taken residence and mine is there as remembrance to help guide my decision making process.
I must say I was born this way..Im just getting my mom to admit after much pressuring that I always had alot of commonsense and a higher ability to understand things that adults did than children...She also said yesterday that I didnt like to play with children all that much until I got into school because children annoyed me. She said I had a few select friends who "got me" and if they were not available I played alone...at 4 years old...thats craziness. I do remember it to..being happy to build and create and plant...I didnt need friends and I was extremely happy as a kid....so I wasnt lonely or depressed..and I must say my past life knowledge helps me to see patterns and underlying things in people pysches that they dont easily tackle. But its only because I see mine. Does that make sense?
In my Chart my Destin and Karma are conjunct in the 10th house opposing my Moon Nept Conjunction which is near my IC...exactly. I see myself, and when I dont see correctly I look through my closest soulmates eyes and I make adjustments every so often and this system seems to work.

It just comes second nature for me to read, see and fix my own patterns by reweaving the Energy...and with people I can see the same thing...I see your Energy weaves and the Patterns that create havoc in your Aura. I see there source whether you do or not...Denser people argue and shout and say mean things to me...it feels like a darker alter is at play and doesnt want to let go....so I ignore negative Energy, to not acknowledge it is the first step to detachment...and to fight back by loving it is when you shift the tides.
And that is the hard part...loving someone or the alter they are in...when they are not showing love for you takes breath of Vision...because you must see on some level they love you..and in this moment they cannot see what they do.
And using Crystals that is how I help keep myself protected and cleansed and away I can help remotely as well, sense Crystals are a representation of our Energy in the 2nd...we can use it to enhance our Energy in the 3D and to remember our Roots, Crystals carry with them access to the Akashic records and with this you can learn volumes about yourself in ways that even you would be amazed at Spirit will speak to you if you only know how to listen.
Humans have a problem listening...really listening...especially in the USA because we are so judgemental...this NWO was made to create that type of Energy and now we are reaping the results of chaos so that we will be fooled in to thinking order comes from outside...and so we need order...but we need it to come from within first...and then we can manifest whatever at our hearts desire.

You can do it too Mermaid.

Do you have any clear quartz crystals, they are very inexpensive if you have a local rock store, go to it and find one that resonates with you, you will know it when you find it. Buy it and we can start doing some work on your Chakras using the Crystals Energy to expand your Chakras and release the blocks. I can work with you using my Crystal.
Its quite simple and quite complex at the same time.
But the rewards are many.
And just maybe by me helping you here. Those reading who do not understand how there Energy systems work which Im assuming is everyone or they would be wanting to talk about it......but anywho maybe they will at least start to take the idea of a Charkric system more seriously...and just maybe we can relight the Gossamer Web.

So regarding accuracy of the NN/SN degrees, mine may actually be at 28. Is this a better picture...my Piscean rose colored glasses wants to know? My mother's Chiron is at Taurus 29.
