Nice I have been super interested in color therapy lately. I almost want to start telling people "I'm the one who wears the red in this relationship!" Instead of wearing the pants. One of my friends had the red light bulbs it was so cool! I think Spencers sells cool light bulbs. I bet they are easy to get online now. I love using color therapy in fashion. I wore a maroon sweater dress today, and a beaded red hair piece. I own three red sports bras. I like to observe what items of clothing I seem to have a lot of in a color. That color makes a lot of sense for me to gravitate to for my sporty undergarments. I have observed later that I will wear red or pink a lot when I am getting to know a guy better I am interested in. Red and pink have been said to signal a potential mate. Red is also the most commanding color for our eyes. Come to the northern part of the USA for some beautiful red leaves for nature color therapy. Bring it into the diet with cayenne peppers, bell peppers, strawberries, cherries, etc. One thing to be careful with in this color is careful use in places intended for rest. I knew someone that had issues sleeping and later they told me that they painted their bedroom walls red. IP: Logged |

My closest thing I had to red bulbs were my red candle sticks I ordered from crate and barrel. Red has so many meanings to people. I know it is the root chakra color. IP: Logged |

I have quite a bit of red in my wardrobe. But I am always in the mood for maroon. I have accumulated a lot of maroon over the years. It's one of my top 5 colors I'd say. I ordered some maroon masks from the gap recently. "CRIMSON/WINE/DEEP RED/MAROON is the color of the Earth Star Chakra below the feet, where we deeply connect and are grounded deep into the Earth. It is where Mother Gaia feeds us life force energy. CRIMSON/WINE/DEEP RED/MAROON is a more intense form of RED, which resonates at the Root or Base Chakra. WINE/DEEP RED/MAROON helps to keep one's boundaries by protecting one from psychic and physical attack." http://www.energyandvibration.com/color.htm#:~:text=CRIMSON%2FWINE%2FDEEP%20RED%2F,our%20inner%20sense%20of%20purpose. With Chiron rocking my world, I am avoiding this color a bit. More focused on pinks, oranges, and yellows right now. IP: Logged |

I had a red heated lamp in my bathroom at the condo. Too bad the water hardly stayed hot, and water didn't stay in the bathtub. IP: Logged |

I burned a red candle. I’m am experiencing a lot of emotional blockages. This candle took days to burn. Plus husband blows it out at night. Not exactly the results I was expecting, but necessary. IP: Logged |
