I left a huge bottle of magnesium at my parents and took some while I was over there cleaning their bathtub.

A little bit.. can alkalize your stomach.
A tablespoon (or two).. can bring relief for constipation.

Too MUCH magnesium intake?.. can be a CAUSE of constipation-- hardens like cement
