Yin, I'll let you know. So far today it seems to be working great! I tried baking soda but it stung my armpits. Some people cut it with cornstarch, but I read over time, the cornstarch can darken ones armpits.I read coconut oil works too (because it's a antibacterial, fungal) but I'm afraid it would stain clothes....and leave a slimy feeling all day. Saggi, great videos!! Thanks for sharing. IP: Logged |

SaggiMC, asthma can be controlled with diet. My ex cured himself of pretty bad asthma and allergies by cutting out diary completely. IP: Logged |

I only ever have skimmed milk and one or two yogarts.... do you have any sources for research? I only developed this last year, which I thought was unsual and started on a low dose and over the months it got doubled, then doubled again. My gp sent me for an X ray - it showed no problems and now I'm simibcort 200 3-4x day ------------------ I love the parable, “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, BUT if you teach him how to fish, you feed him for life.” IP: Logged |

http://www.naturalnews.com/010443.html http://asthmadiet.com/diet/the-dairy-free-diet.html http://www.rawmilktruth.com/A-Natural-Treatment-For-Asthma.html http://www.alternative-health-group.org/asthma.html According to my research the generally accepted opinion is that asthma can be triggered by dairy products.
SaggieMC, first and foremost, I am not a doctor so take my advice with a grain of salt. I am speaking from personal experience when I say I watched him get rid of all asthma and allergy symptoms after he cut out dairy completely. Skim milk still contains casein. It's not the fat that's the problem. It's the fact that it's milk. Yogurt is great for restoring the healthy flora in your intestines/colon but you can use fermented foods or a supplement to do that temporarily (if you need it, of course!) It won't hurt to try to stop all dairy for a month (that includes all sweets, milks, cheeses etc.) and see if there is any improvement.
