Yes I wouldn't be surprised if I was deficient of vitamin D as a mid westerner. One of my favorite ways to get it is though eggs! On my next grocery trip I want to buy eggs and cook with hash browns. I never get sick of eating that.

Right now I am having a tonic blend called Lavender Bliss.

It has a flower in it called Linden. I just looked it up.
"Linden flowers are used in herbalism for colds, cough, fever, infections, inflammation, high blood pressure, and headache (particularly migraine), and as a diuretic (increases urine production), antispasmodic (reduces smooth muscle spasm along the digestive tract), and sedative." (wikipedia)

Most days I allow my self an hour to clean up the apartment. It a start to being more active. And it seems like I can't go a single day with out running errands. I think in November I want to start wedding dress shopping so that will/should motivate me too.

I’m having one of those nights where I’m craving egg and chips (fried potatoes). I’m in Ohio, I should take advantage of the sun over the next few days.

I’ve seen a product called Liver Focus, recommended for help with weight loss, but I haven’t tried it.

Thanks for the info everyone.
I started yoga, cardio, and running this week. And walking the prior week.
At my nephews bday party yesterday nothing but the salad was gf, and they made a snack mix. I would pick out the "Goldfish" and hand them over to my niece. And the fruits and veggies. I got through it.

I only will eat gluten if it is organic. Like today I am having an organic bread sandwich with hazelnut spread and elderberry jam.

My next grocery trip I am going to an indoor market style place. Like a humongous deli like area. They are not big on microwave meals. They do have frozen golumpki (stuffed cabbage) there. My favorite gf polish food. I got a salmon in the deli section. Good for pre made fresh gf food. I forgot what their drink selection is like there.

I really want a glass pitcher to brew my own ice teas. Because it adds up my budget, and not every grocery store has good ice tea. My sister's mother in law brought Monster ice teas to the party. It was GROSS!

I got rid of lots of gluten food in my pantry and gave it away to my parents. Did you know store bought gravy can contain gluten?
However I basically only have trail mix to snack on. I had handfuls of it as a night snack, and that really messed up my digestion. It's like my insides made PB.

Good idea! I really don't like the taste, but I like the heath benefits.

Another great source of vitamin D is if you take fresh shiitake mushrooms and set them out in the sun gills-up for a couple of hours before cooking them (or so I’ve been told).

That you Chanterelle! Never had mushrooms that way.

I found a wedding dress I was happy to see my body in, so I have that going for me which is nice. I used Christmas shopping as getting my steps in today.

Tomorrow is yoga day.

I think morel mushrooms are also very high in vitamin D?

But they are hard to find in stores and outside they are only a spring season thing usually.

Mmmm! Yes I've had them. They get hunted here sometime in May.
