I got into more old school goth music. (post punk, new wave, gothic rock) in late 2018.
The custodian where I work, quit around that time. It took over a month to find a new hire. It was between a guy and a lady. Something important to my boss, is hiring someone who gives their previous employer two weeks notice. I see where they are coming from if they hire somebody who doesn't give their old boss two weeks notice, how can they expect that in return when it's their time to go for whatever reason. So I'm not trying to give all the credit to LOA.

Well I guess while interviewing the lady it sounded like she did not give her two weeks notice to her last boss.

So the guy gets the job! I get to know him better and I find out that he is an old school goth, into the scene back in the day. I enjoy his company and our talks.

I also started listening to country music a lot more beginning in November 2020. It was pretty much the only genre I wanted to listen to for months on end.

Then two of my friend's get engaged, and plan a bachelorette girl trip to Nashville TN. One of my songs even mentions The Grand ole Opry. I did not know there was an actual place called that. I thought the singer was just saying it like that. And now there is a chance that I will at least see it this week!

I really feel like the self care rug has been pulled under my feet.

I do not like having so many rx planets when it's time to go back into teaching.

*Pluto has rx back another degree. Making the square 2 degree away from my Aries.(people at work are getting on my nerves again)
*Mercury oppose Venus (I resent my husband always dragging his feet to commit to home ownership)
*Venus square Jupiter(I have cockroaches in my condo no matter what I do. Bleach pouring's etc)
*Saturn square ruling planet Mercury Taurus
*Uranus square N. node, MC, s. node, IC
*True node square Venus (I am convinced Venus is self esteem)

You need absorption time to 'adapt to' your new identity, and 'how' you feel now. New adjustments to be made psychologically, that touches down into the feelings-realm.

Country music (you've mentioned) provides the listener with imaginations of stages and phases of 'relating' styles, suggesting possible resolutions, outcomes.

Music can be very cathartic.

Perhaps too, it can touch places in us, which turns the psychic material more into psychological "Projection" -- you can unknowingly misinterpret cues painting and framing your partner into a scenario they aren't aware of. Subconsciously, this produces changes in your behavior, which then influences theirs?

In relationship, we have unconscious 'scripts', expectations, that the Other is put into the position of acting-out. Both have their 'scripts'. These scripts were put in place from early childhood observations of the early home. In marriage, these scripts will eventually be brought to the conscious part of the relationship agreement. Negotiations, and awareness -- can iron things out.

So.. in wrapping this
Take caution of what lyrics suggest--
Your mind can take-on the imagination to the point of "projecting" -- makes a false perception of your partner's behavior (or perceived attitude).

Keep the Stream of Communications "Clean"..
Deal with things AS they come.
Try not to dam the waters of communication flow.
Easier to immediately resolve what might only be a misperception.
Saves on the drama!

Thank for the dose of positivity and words of encouragement.

That was a nice sweet song! Now that I am visiting some more southern places, the country music is growing on me.

I use to not get country music, besides Trisha Yearwood and Jonny Cash. LOL But a lot of people I knew growing up listened to it. Especially being from the suburbs. While I'm in a metro area there are lots of rural/woodsy areas in my state.

My parents don't really listen to it. They were suburban folk hippy rockers back in the day. LOL!!

My friend who I celebrated with was born in Texas. Their Mama who came on the trip was the real deal and worked at the rodeos and would ride her horse everywhere.

I had ancestors who lived in New Orleans on my mom's dad's side. My mom has been doing some ancestry research and my Great Grandpa's home is still standing and she showed me a picture.

I always loved when cartoon shows did a New Orleans themed episode. Like when The Simpson's did a community theater play of Street Car. And my favorite episode of King of the Hill is when they visit Bill's weird cousin in New Orleans. Haha!!

I hope to visit there someday.

I am wearing Tiger Eye lately.
Good for courage, protection, lifts moods. Helps one over come discouragement.

I did yoga for hormone balance yesterday. Restorative yoga style.

I have been using frankincense in my essential oil warmer. Great for enhancing prayer meditation.
My old Scorpio co-worker always had Frankincense on her for hard days at work.

I have been wearing a lot of black, red, maroon, and navy blue.

I want more brown, violet, and dark green.

I have cleansed and charged my turquoise. It seems fitting for Sagittarius season.

I am thinking of trying mediation for the first time in like 7 years...might look around here for inspiration.

I can tell I needed a boost after the week of parent teacher conferences.

I am using carnealian, blue agate and chakra bracelet.

I am very focused on wearing the color blue right now.

When I go clothes shopping I’ve been buying shades of: brown, green, purple, yellow, pink, black, red, maroon, and light blue.

Peony is great for making progress in a marriage.

I bought a new candle that has amber in it. Not sure if it's legit...but I do like the energy of amber stones.

I bought some more clothes in shades of blue, orange, black, pink, purple, red, maroon, beige, and white.

Currently I've been wearing more white, purples, and blues.
