I used to operate at a very low vibration due my depression. I started taking medication, and then started listing hundreds of positive things about my life, and myself! It worked!Anybody ever tried to bring up their vibration? How did you do it? IP: Logged |

I did it with energy healing work. At first I paid someone else to help me with that, but then my husband and I kept it up with each other at home (for free, lol). However, I've been noticing lately that it does require constant upkeep. When life gets in the way and disruptions occur, I think it's easy to get off track and start slipping back down to a lower vibration. This is something I want to start working on for myself again as well. I'm glad that you found something that works for you! IP: Logged |

When I'm around pushy/bossy people it's easy for me to get at a low vibration, which is why I keep those people at arms length. LOL. IP: Logged |

I'm guessing purple is a high vibration color?

Yes, but it's not the color of them that raises one's vibration. IP: Logged |

I've done work to bring up my vibration by exercising, little confidence boosts like trying new hair styles and make up. Eating organic and gluten free, law of attraction, gems, seeing a manual therapist, getting advice through people and the internet. IP: Logged |

I don't mind purple, but pink is a bit much for me.

Some negative vibrations have such strong momentum and intense energy, because the person attracting these negative energies, have accumulated these energies for years, decades even.It may take time, as in years, or even decades, for these people to stop the momentum and negative manifestations. Then,... maybe aim your arrow at becoming more of a Sillyarcher rather than the Sulky one? I like to crack bad jokes and indulge in some good musicals or romantic stories. Take a stack of music or movies, and start with the one that matches present mood, then incrementally begin to increase to those with higher joy quotients. Pay attention to songs and their lyrics.... Choose lyrics you want your mind to recall and act as an antidote for lower times. (Gospel music is good for that; Christian genres have uplifting lyrics, scriptures... Other pop artists too who have inspirational hits--- lots of them out there.) Words can access your mood, wring out whatever emotions are there to process, then bring it up higher to a place of feeling like there CAN be Hope. It exists... even if you can't quite touch it right now, you 'see' it there. Brings comfort. Having faith, Believing in God (and Angels) are there for you. Reading the Psalms, Book of Job, some of the prophets. Reading Poetry that is inspirational... Looking up asteroids in my chart and doing astrology helps me bring up my vibrations. A good meal, A good night's sleep, A walk in natural settings, or just staring into a flower I bought for myself or a weed I picked. Watching cat videos! Cool too is coming to LL to create an inspirational post, or converse with someone else..... Getting to know people. For me though... Music has the most-powerful effect for me to raise my vibrations. Have a Happy Valentine's Day! ... IP: Logged |
